My experience was accident I mean to be honest with you it was fast in and out. They also have other services including FedEx UPS DHL postal service not to mention the PO boxes those are sell other little crickets that you may need around the house. This is like old school service you walk in you walk out no waiting no hassle no dilemma he told you what it was that's what it is and we actually got a dollar 46 back so I want to thank you to the company that rented the U-Haul to us and the gentleman keep up the good work thank you thank you thank you.

JONATHAN AThe clerk misled me and had me return the vehicle 2 hours early. A woman called me early on the due date and wanted me to return the vehicle earlier than the due time. I was hiven threats about parking the vehicle a certain way when I returned it. I was given threats about returning it on time, even being 2 hours earlier than required. The first clerk and woman gave dry cordial attitudes, should never be a frontline person. No I will never rent from that location.

CRAIG Sthis location was the 6th or 7th location, from Naples to central Naples to Ft. Myers to Lehigh to Ft. Myers to EZ PZ. why the run-a-round? I sure would be pissed if the trailer was not there for our critical move. Destination was changed from Orillia to Rama, again Why? Otherwise the trailer was excellent.
GORDON WI was rushed out the door and was left worried the transaction wasn't even finalized.. mirror tinted windows don't allow vision inside and as I was walking in, a guy with no visible uniform or label of any kind to indicate he worked there was opening the door as I was and started literally grabbing the uhaul truck key out of my hand and babbling so fast all I really could understand was him yelling me I was good, this happened at the door and so he rushed out and I continued to go inside thinking I needed to go get a receipt at the counter and as I was getting the lady behind the counter the guy runs back in the store and starts raising his voice at me that I'm good and don't need to do anything and he's got it, i just apologize to the lady for making her get up and just kinda left sorta worried that guy wasn't even a worker and just stole the keys of my hand till I called the store 10 min after i left to see if the return had been finalized cause I had no confirmation or receipts and was told I'd get out in the email which I did seconds later, but still the whole thing was bizarre and they still had like an hour and a half till they closed, is not like I showed up the very last second

THEODORE HSo glad I went here. Staff (Gina) what is extremely helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. If you’re in Bonita Springs, don’t bother with the U-Haul there (Best Mini Storage) drive the extra distance to go to EZ PZ Postal and Print. The one in Bonita Springs is not reliable. They were closed on a Monday when I went to pick up, I had issues with the contactless pick up and nobody answered the phone. I was supposed to pay somebody to help me move and I didn’t have a truck for the day. When I left I called EZ PZ, they picked up the phone immediately and Gina secured me a truck for the next day and as promised it was available, clean and ready when I got there.
