I never received a call the day before confirming pickup location. The location initially stated one location but day of switched to another for pickup. Wasted 30 minutes of my rental spent at the wrong location for pickup

CRAIG Sthis location was the 6th or 7th location, from Naples to central Naples to Ft. Myers to Lehigh to Ft. Myers to EZ PZ. why the run-a-round? I sure would be pissed if the trailer was not there for our critical move. Destination was changed from Orillia to Rama, again Why? Otherwise the trailer was excellent.
GORDON WI was rushed out the door and was left worried the transaction wasn't even finalized.. mirror tinted windows don't allow vision inside and as I was walking in, a guy with no visible uniform or label of any kind to indicate he worked there was opening the door as I was and started literally grabbing the uhaul truck key out of my hand and babbling so fast all I really could understand was him yelling me I was good, this happened at the door and so he rushed out and I continued to go inside thinking I needed to go get a receipt at the counter and as I was getting the lady behind the counter the guy runs back in the store and starts raising his voice at me that I'm good and don't need to do anything and he's got it, i just apologize to the lady for making her get up and just kinda left sorta worried that guy wasn't even a worker and just stole the keys of my hand till I called the store 10 min after i left to see if the return had been finalized cause I had no confirmation or receipts and was told I'd get out in the email which I did seconds later, but still the whole thing was bizarre and they still had like an hour and a half till they closed, is not like I showed up the very last second

THEODORE HSo glad I went here. Staff (Gina) what is extremely helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. If you're in Bonita Springs, don't bother with the U-Haul there (Best Mini Storage) drive the extra distance to go to EZ PZ Postal and Print. The one in Bonita Springs is not reliable. They were closed on a Monday when I went to pick up, I had issues with the contactless pick up and nobody answered the phone. I was supposed to pay somebody to help me move and I didn't have a truck for the day. When I left I called EZ PZ, they picked up the phone immediately and Gina secured me a truck for the next day and as promised it was available, clean and ready when I got there.

STANLEY SI was overcharged $60 after returning the trailer back to the store the same day. Now I have to dispute the transaction and deal with what was initially a great experience at the store.

Joseph FI don't think Tony could have improved my experience. I can't thank him enough for taking the time and making the effort to ensure my rental went smoothly. I made an online reservation to pick up a small trailer from tonys location, EZ Postal. His location is very close to my house. The day of the rental I checked the email to be sure everything was ready to go. The location for the pick up had changed and was miles from the original location. I called Tony and he worked his magic and had a trailer delivered to his store for me. He was in constant contact with me during the process to keep me informed and updated on the progress. He even started another online reservation for me since the location had changed we couldn't use the old one. I just don't see this kind of service anymore. Most people just shrug it off because it's not their problem. Thank you Tony!! I will absolutely rent from you again and recommend you to all who need your services.

HUGH ELocation was hard to find to return truck
HOWARD DGreat experience, great folks. The check out was convenient, the truck was clean, and the return process was straight forward. The Uhaul app still disappoints me. I took photos and turned the keys in before I opened the app; the app did not let me upload the photos I had taken, the keys were in the return lock box and were therefore unavailable to take new photos, and the app would not let me complete the digital return. I left the location wondering if Uhaul was going to charge me additional fees for a truck I had returned on time and in good condition but for which I had failed to return properly per their app.
TOBY DToni and his friend were extremely helpful and polite to me and my son when we went to get our truck. Explained everything in detail. They care about there customers. I would definitely refer a friend to this location if they were near it to get equipment.
FELISHA CBest truck rental ever. However there should be a warning sign stating: WARNING if your wife finds out you will do more moving. Thanks Dr Lavelle

David ETruck needs some basic maintenance for safety purposes. Had to turn the wheel to the left to 10:00 or even closer to 9:00 to get the truck to drive straight. Very unsafe.
