I reserved a trailer on Saturday morning. Sunday when I arrived to pick.it up it was on its way to Georgia some how. So luckily the poeple working the counter were helpful and sent me down the road to a gentleman that had to open his shop just for me. Then I get home and the app won't load and work and I was told by customer service the drop location I used 5 other times doesn't except trailers anymore and as I load up the trailer the location owner comes out to tell me he does still accept trailers and has no idea why customer service said what they said. I've used uhaul auto transport 6 times now 5 times with no issues at all but this experience was so bad I will never be recommending or using uhaul ever again. You technology and apps are only good when they work. I wasted 3 hours just dealing with uhauls mess ups.

There was only one trailer at this location and the location was poorly marked. The one employee was helpful in terms of attaching the trailer. However, when we asked about whether there was a less expensive return location he said that he could not help on that matter, but we could address that with a call to the 800 UHaul number after we picked up the trailer. However, when we called that number from the road, we were told the contract cost could not be modified.
