Location has excellent customer service!
Jared GAs the desk person offered, the pickup truck had an intense cigarette smoke smell that they've tried everything to remove. Consider running a powerful ozone generator in the cab overnight. The powerful ones are plugged into a 120V wall outlet rather than the simple ones plugged into a cigarette lighter socket.

Benjamin EService, location and vehicle were all great. Only disappointment was realizing what the milage fees were. Felt a little misleading to advertise a rate in dollars and cents and then add (plus milage fee). A short rental with 30 miles costs more than double your advertised rate. Then the customer pays for fuel on top of that. So I rented a 19,95 truck for a few hours and paid 2X that because of the milage, then put $20 in fuel in the truck. I don't mind the rate or paying for fuel but the $0,8/ mile is a bit excessive (and misleading). $20 rental is not a $20 rental. Would prefer upfront pricing - give a daily rate that works rather than stacking up additional fees.

Greg BThe only negative is the pricing. $19,95 marketed, but with a 0,95 cent per mile fee, it turns into a $49 rental for a couple hours, less than 25 miles. You should be more transparent, or maybe offer a price for X hours X miles with no small print cost.

Dawn OConsider running an ozone generator in the cab overnight. Why? To remove the cigarette odor; it was quite strong in the cab.

jenelle hThe truck had the engine light on almost the whole time I had it. The guy at the location said to just keep using it when I called and asked about it. Said it was probably the air filter. I was scared of the truck breaking down the whole time I used it, drove with bated breath. I was charged for a whole day for returning the truck 3 minutes late. I was told to return it at 11pm and was driving at 11,04pm after dropping off.

Sterling KThe equipment was clean, the support staff at the center was courteous (which itself is a winner for me). However, the gas was not fully topped up before renting. As a result, I ended up having to approximate the amount of fuel I refilled before returning. I ended up refilling double the amount of gas I had consumed, but I did not receive a credit for the same. Can you fix that and make the transaction fair and square?

Explaining what to do. I guess if I had to complain it would giving up the contract on return of equipment. I like to have receipts for any transaction.

MODOU CStaff at location didn't listen, I was showing him that gas was not at 5/8 and it's close to 1/2 tank , I took pictures and tried to show him on pickup and return both, but he didn't want to go and see. Plus I didn't get receipts neither he was willing to close and wanted to give me final invoice, he said he will look into it later and email me invoice. Very poor customer service , will never rent at this location

DONALD BThis had nothing to do with the location but whoever used the uhaul before me had their disgusting dog all in the back with massive amounts of dog hair and I had to be super stressed not to get it on my stuff. Which greatly added to my moving stress

Kenneth NTruck was rough....152k miles on it and it steered like it. Passenger wiper blade was missing and it looks like for a while too, as there were scratches in the windshield. The truck was clean, but it is overdue to be sent to pasture. Or I suppose this could be a fine <35mph city mover, but when you're a highway speeds it was a struggle to keep it in my lane at all times. Fortunately I did not have to battle crosswinds or rain.

Alphonse GLack of over sight with the rental process on the facility led to getting over charged which would have been completely avoidable should they have done any sort of paper work at time of pick up and drop off. Feel like that lack of oversight is their way of getting extra money from consumers. Do yourself and take photos of the vehicle and odometer at pick up and drop off as to not get over charged.

Ajay Z1. don't rent furniture dolly if not available. very very annoying. this has happened to me twice at different locations and I probably won't rent uhaul again because I can't trust the rental. 2. get updated truck -- secure gas, rear camera. 3. the gas was empty probably stolen because gas port is unsecured it just opens without even a lever on the inside 4. the engine light was on and there was a light that said add air to rear tire

Bijender SRecommended. Why? 1) Factoria Security Storage has parking for your vehicle while renting their vehicle. For perspective, three other uhauls in the Renton / Bellevue area tell you after contract signing that you the paying Customer cannot leave your car on their property. 2) Factoria Security Storage doesn't fuss over gas tank levels. For perspective, a uhaul in the Bellevue area charged for 2 extra gallons of gas, which, resulted also in higher taxes. The typical $80 bill ended up being $97. 3) Factoria Security Storage people appear to be normal, clean people. For perspective, people running other uhauls in the Renton / Bellevue area comport themselves in what would best be described as far left behaviors and appearance.
