Charged 2x for wrong vehicle. Couldn't do a refund so had to call regional manager. Only got 1 refund. Couldn't print a receipt. Tried to give my reservation # but they wouldn't take it. Just wanted my ID and cc after I already used the app. Place smells horrific!Adam M.

It took him forever to get everything in computer & he had to call someone for help. I stood at counter for almost 40 minutes waiting for him to get it done. Truck didn't have a full tank and I put it back to where it was & they charged me for filing it all the way up. There was sticky stuff all over area where drink holders were.LORI L.
Tell them ahead of time that One way moves wont always use dealers that are closest if they need the vehicle returned to same dealer it came fromDebra R.
