Only problem is they changed my reservation and pick up location 3 times.. luckily I was kind of flexible on my leave day.. not the facility I picked it up at fault. Uhaul itself called and wasn't able to keep the one I wanted.. or rented it.. or it didn't come back.. and instead of doing what a company should have and went the extra mile and had someone fo pick one up and got it there for the approved reservation they called and changed the day and location..

They guy kept bragging about how he was saving me so much money, I had booked online for $115. He told me my total would be $80, but then sent me a receipt for $140. No damage or issues or anything. I will go out of my way to avoid this location.

We were charged $20 for returning the truck during "off hours" - when we returned it early and were not aware of this fee. I'm not sure if their hours were even open on Sunday - but we were able to turn in the keys to an employee who was working late. I just wasn't aware of this being a charge/fee.

Filed a complaint for this experience. Reservation was made a week in advance. Didn't have all the equipment I reserved. Guy showed up over an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. Unsafe vehicle. Dirty, sticker glue on drivers window I had to scrape off, sticky substance in cupholders, I have a long list(most stated in my complaint). I've used uhaul a handful of times over the last few years and never had an issue. This was unacceptable in my opinion.

I picked up the truck before the shop was open. The truck had an error message on it and none of my moving materials I paid for were provided in the truck. I was charged for "damages/missing equipment" despite not having any way to report the error message during the mobile checkout process and never receiving the dolly I requested.

I would absolutely come back to rent from you over any other location. I've used a different location in town several times and after the rudeness and nastiness there I only wish I knew about you sooner. Thanks for the great experience!

My plans changed so I ended up doing an "after hours" pick up. I called the location near closing time and Michael made sure the dolley was in the truck and the keys in the lock box. Courteous and thorough!!

The truck wasn't working properly plus I was charged for gas and I placed the proper gas back in the truck. I'll never rent from the location again. I always utilize U-Haul when I move and this was by far my worst experience

The floor in the cab was pretty dirty as well as the cargo area having debris throughout. I reached through the app to drop off at a different location. I was apparently given a truck that can only be returned to the same location. I have been charged almost $200 dollars for being rented the wrong truck.

The after hours directions were not good. We spent quite a bit of time trying to locate the "black box in truck". Specific instructions emailed to the customer would improve the situation.

A little review of the panel would have been nice. I did have a problem backing the truck out of the UHaul parking space, the trucks were parked to close together. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Only 1 person working - - - - - and he was more interested in selling scooters and kid's ATV's. After waiting for roughly 30 minutes, he told me to just give him the keys and park it with the rest of the trucks and trailers - - without even taking the time to go out and check me in - - - which left me feeling very uncomfortable not knowing whether I would be getting an additional bill for ????????? - - - even though I filled the tank and cleaned out the back end of the truck and left the utility dolly in the back.

U-haul computer went down twice while we where there, but they fixed it. Staff was friendly. We were not required to do pre vehicle check but found scratch on right side. An old front bumper dent and cracked instrument panel. If we are not charged for these old damages , it was a great rental experience. Thanks

When checking in, the vehicle looked clean. However, as soon as I pulled away, the distinct smell of urine was present. Horrible. I had to open the windows, and later in the day it was 95', just to get the smell down. Also, I had to stop and buy wipes to clean the steering wheel and gear shift. I had black filth all over my hands just from driving. The wipes were black after using them to clean those things. Other than that, it was fine. The urine smell was disgusting and disturbing. The hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM are a little tight for doing a regular (not via the Uhaul App) drop-off at this location. However, the parking is straightforward, and not hard to find.

Just need to be better concise information on what it takes to use app for checking out truck at location where no one is on duty. It was very frustrating. The truck itself was very good and performed great.

this location needs new vehicles. I have came here twice and love the location however the vehicles sound like they could fall apart. (I heard a few leave when I picked up this time and overheard other mechanical probs) the truck I had had clearly been in a accident, which is fine I was only driving 0,5 miles from point a to b but if it were a long haul I would be terrified. It is concerning given you pay the same price for a brand new U-Haul truck vs wrecked one, I don't know how comprised the vehicle is and I need to move so I'm not going to make a fuss and potentially not have a truck. The uhual app is horrible it glitched at pick up. The workers probably wouldn't have fully believed me about the truck if I hadn't been there prior. At drop off the app again glitched, you must take photos for drop off but it takes a whole minute for the camera to load. Which is fine typically but not during a thunderstorm. Great people at the location!

The people at the location family Motorsports were extremely rude both of them I would never go back to that location the other U-Haul locations I went to we're okay because I dealt with like three different places actually

Had big problems with the app. Couldn't check in, had to have someone do it. Then couldn't return truck. App just stopped working and said complete. When you look at my past reservations it shows NY on a different date for today.

The truck was horrible. The steering was so bad. The was off to the left almost half a turn. It had so much ply in it you had to go turn it back and forth to keep it straight. We could not drive it on the highway. We were unable to get some of our stuff because we could not take it on the highway. Beyond that the place we got it from was not friendly at all.

The truck was clean but ran rough. There was oil smoke under the hood and it got into the cabin. I had to keep the windows open while driving, even on the highway. Customer service was efficient but it felt rush.

The self checkout process was confusing. I didn't know I needed a 2nd form of ID - that would have been super helpful to know before I left home. I had to return home to get my passport.

The truck given to me was beat up. Ultimately, it's for the purpose of moving and not glamorous so I'd rent from them again. Just know I'll get something rough, peeling decals, scratched passenger side mirror, and a difficult to close driver's side door.

The truck had a warning light on, the guy at the location refused to switch me into another available truck that was the same size nor would he fix the issue “because he doesn’t do maintenance” yet he wanted me to fix the issue myself.

The app was frustrating. It kept making me take and retake the pictures to submit. I would take one photo and then another. After the second one the first one would disappear. It took almost 30 minutes to complete the return process.

After hours return was a nightmare. The process for an older person not an expert with using a cell phone is nearly impossible. It's a good thing my son was with me. And it still took over 30 minutes.

When we took the truck back the instructions on the receipt said the truck had 3/16 of gas in it and we were to put it up to 1/4. We put it above 1/4 and still got charged an extra $15 for fuel. The truck itself was fine but I question these business practices. Also when we dropped the truck off they didn't bother to inspect it while we were there. They told us to leave the keys on the counter and we'd get a finalized receipt through email after they inspected the truck. I don't like leaving business undone that way, especially when they had my credit card and were able to charge whatever they wanted. Again, I don't like their business model. Maybe they aren't all like this, but we picked up in one town and dropped off at another town and I didn't like the service at either place.

The lady who was on-site was friendly, but there needs to be another person to assist her in moving the rental equipment around.

Opted for mobile/self pick up, went through verification and instead of key being in lockbox it was inside. Location opened late, didn't have system in place to handle the mobile users. When I asked if I could just get the key since i already was good to go, they asked me to get the key out of the lockbox, told them the app said they had it, and they did in fact have it in their desk. Location also closed earlier than stated hours, but used Dropbox to leave key.
