The truck was clean but ran rough. There was oil smoke under the hood and it got into the cabin. I had to keep the windows open while driving, even on the highway. Customer service was efficient but it felt rush.

The self checkout process was confusing. I didn't know I needed a 2nd form of ID - that would have been super helpful to know before I left home. I had to return home to get my passport.

The truck given to me was beat up. Ultimately, it's for the purpose of moving and not glamorous so I'd rent from them again. Just know I'll get something rough, peeling decals, scratched passenger side mirror, and a difficult to close driver's side door.

The truck had a warning light on, the guy at the location refused to switch me into another available truck that was the same size nor would he fix the issue “because he doesn’t do maintenance” yet he wanted me to fix the issue myself.

The app was frustrating. It kept making me take and retake the pictures to submit. I would take one photo and then another. After the second one the first one would disappear. It took almost 30 minutes to complete the return process.

After hours return was a nightmare. The process for an older person not an expert with using a cell phone is nearly impossible. It's a good thing my son was with me. And it still took over 30 minutes.

When we took the truck back the instructions on the receipt said the truck had 3/16 of gas in it and we were to put it up to 1/4. We put it above 1/4 and still got charged an extra $15 for fuel. The truck itself was fine but I question these business practices. Also when we dropped the truck off they didn't bother to inspect it while we were there. They told us to leave the keys on the counter and we'd get a finalized receipt through email after they inspected the truck. I don't like leaving business undone that way, especially when they had my credit card and were able to charge whatever they wanted. Again, I don't like their business model. Maybe they aren't all like this, but we picked up in one town and dropped off at another town and I didn't like the service at either place.

The lady who was on-site was friendly, but there needs to be another person to assist her in moving the rental equipment around.

Opted for mobile/self pick up, went through verification and instead of key being in lockbox it was inside. Location opened late, didn't have system in place to handle the mobile users. When I asked if I could just get the key since i already was good to go, they asked me to get the key out of the lockbox, told them the app said they had it, and they did in fact have it in their desk. Location also closed earlier than stated hours, but used Dropbox to leave key.

Only complaint I had was that I could not get up in the truck. I had to have a step ladder and assistance to get in it. Having a stool or step ladder available for older people or people with disabilities would be nice.

Let your manager know sarcasm is not good business. I have never had a person in a manager position talk down to me like I am stupid. All he had to do is answer a simple question ,but he insisted on saying ( what did I tell you on the phone. Repeating this 5 times. All I was doing is trying to make sure I understood him correctly.

For customers to see the previous pictures of the last rental. I felt uneasy that i had to provide many pictures but nobody acknowledged the previous pictures and did not walk with me.

I admit it was dark outside, but even then the parking lot was kind of dark. More lighting would help. Since it was dark it also wasn't super clear where to drop units off at. More clarity/signage on where to drop off units would be nice. I will say though that I called to make sure I could drop off after hours and the staff was very helpful.

This was one of my worst rental experience. Using the mobile application to get the rental was very difficult and we had to be calling the customer service line multiple times and been transferred to other agents to help and walk us through getting the van. We requested to use a dolly and got charged but there was no dolly in the van. I am sure it will be another hassle to get us our refund.

I had to drop off in the evening and had a little difficulty in finding the location. But the mobile drop-off is very convenient. Drop the equipment on time else you are going to get charged for the whole even if it is for a couple of hours and they charge the safemove fee (if you opt for it) for the extra day too which I felt is not fair

This is a U-Haul Issue, but because of the tongue weight of the 12 foot trailers you really need to put a trailer jack on them. It is virtually impossible for one person to lift it off the ball. Please consider doing this.

I appreciate the owner had an emergency and we were late (went to the wrong UHaul dealer) but was still rude and disrespectful when we initiated our rental. As time progressed and we had more interaction he became more polite. The equipment was in perfect condition and he was helpful when connecting to our SUV.

Dropped the vehicle and auto trailer off on Sunday using the Web App and I was very pleased in the capabilities and the innovation put into the Application to take photos and drop the keys off. One thing would have been getting an email confirming the drop-off and completion of the contract.

This location didn't have any blankets when I rented the truck. I requested a dozen when I first reserved the truck. The guy that checked me out was very nice and efficient. He said they were waiting on a guy to bring back a truck with 36 blankets. Probably need more blankets on standby at all locations. I had items damaged in shipping that would not have been damaged if I had blankets. I used every towel and rug available, but it just wasn't enough. I needed the blankets. The truck was very clean and new, so that was a plus for this location.

The check in process was very slow. The lady working was not fast at talking or typing and kept saying some odd random comments that made me uncomfortable. She gave us the keys to a truck said shouldn't be rented out and it didn't match the vehicle number on our contract that I signed. It also didn't include the furniture pads that were supposed to be in the truck, so I had to go back in there, wait in line, and tell her. She had me grab all 12 myself and count them and carry them out to the truck. Because the truck didn't match the contract, the checklist to verify information about the truck's condition was a nightmare. The odometer and fuel levels didn't match, so I had to make 2 separate calls to U-Haul's customer service. What should have been a fairly straight forward check in took almost an hour.

Self pickup, early morning. Dolly and moving blankets not in truck. Finally able to get ahold of someone at U-Haul after several attempts. The answer was for me to drive to another location, and rent another dolly and moving blankets, and that someone would be contacting me to refund me that amount. So I did that, upon arrival gentleman there was so rude I ended up leaving and just buying those items from the store, the help I had lined up had leave. Wasn't able to get truck loaded solo, so this put me a day behind. Ended up extending the rental a day. The manager never contacted me, but did issue a refund of $54.57. Poor customer service all around.

The lock boxes were difficult to open. The truck has no gas and the check engine light was on. We were charged for moving blankets that we did not have. Fiasco from minute one!! Go elsewhere to rent.

Knocked on the door after it was closed, the manager walked up to the door and turned to close another door and turned off the "open" sign and then proceeded to walk away! I was simply trying to ask him a question and he was incredibly rude and unprofessional!

dropped off after hours. The uhaul application was terrible on my galaxy phone. There was no confirmation that the drop off was complete. I am still not sure that the application even confirmed my drop off and the store didn't do it when they came in the next morning.

I will never recommend this location. They did not fill the tank , they did not put the items I paid for in the truck to move . There was no one answering or call me back . They are horrible . I had the move from hell because of them
