OSCAR ARTIGAS GRIMANFirst I scheduled to pick up the truck from 1:00 pm Till 5:00 They give the truck at 2:00pm Then they give me the wrong truck " With no Gas on the tank I was in a tight schedule but I put Gas on the truck And I bring the truck back before 5:00 pm And they charge me for another day !!! I want a refund for the extra charge Thank You .

Nina WlaschinI couldn't use the app to pick up the truck. The truck did not have a working blower fan so there was no A/C or vent my entire trip and the trucks breaks seemed very weak I had reserved a truck with moving pads and there was no pads. The truck had a place for a dolly and a bag for pads but neither were available

Juan TedescoThe truck was good for a last minute need but the truck had only 1/4 tank of gas which was nit enough for the job. I did not like that I had to think about refueling from the start of me entering the truck. I don't mind fueling up what I use but after I use it starting from a full tank. Also this truck had no air conditioning and here in Florida it get hot. These 2 things did bother me but I was able to complete my move.

Carmen HernandezThe truck was almost empty, at 4 miles away the Low Fuel light came on. I learned the previous renter was charged 68 for fuel and the truck was not refilled. The cab had not been cleaned, food bags under the seat. I was given BAD information from the person checking me out. I asked if I changed my mind and wanted to drive this truck to Ohio, how would I do that. She told me to just call the 800# and they would do it. I called and was told this truck could not be rented for out of state. I would have to return it, unload all my stuff, rent another truck from a different location then reload all my stuff in the new truck. UNACCEPTABLE.

Carlos CastroCons. 1. Had to wait 1 hour AFTER my scheduled pick up time. 2. Representative at store location was rude. At one point said she was going to stop talking to me because (a. I told her my displeasure of not only waiting to pick up but also having to wait 30min for her to show up and (b. having to repeat myself for her asking the same question 4 times 3. Non compassionate employees for afterhours in situations where you get locked out of said vehicle. Even if you get the extra $5 coverage they wont do anything to help in the event of an accidental lockout that doesnt fall under their definition. They have the ability to send for someone to open the doors but only under their circumstances and nothing else. Pros. 1. Had a gentleman put a file in for a money guarantee if I was not able to check out on the time of my reservation. 2. Had a lady help in extending my hour lost from said not picking up on time. 3. Check out was at least decent when calling to return, phone app is a nightmare. Overall, location is terrible for pick up and the representative is rude. Nothing was apparently her fault and had told me it was the uhaul main company's fault for allowing online reservation earlier than 8am to happen because they "don't open until 8/8:30am and don't do the 24/7 app check out". If you're lucky to get a phone rep who is helpful, great and wonderful but if not, you're seriously out of luck. The ONLY reason I put 2 stars was for those 2 employees that were helpful and amazing. In the future, absolutely using a different company.
Mingee CassarGoogle maps doesn't take you to this address. You have to keep driving another mile or so down the road. Limited parking. When we arrived to drop keys off, we were told we weren't on the list to return at this location.

Orven lucasThere was some stuff in the back and the dolly was just kind of flung in there. I returned it clean swept though. I was moving things to big to use the dolly but if I had smaller items it would have been free to use I guess. They were friendly at the pick up and I returned it after hours to make sure I did not bring it late and that was an easy process. Overall it was a positive experience but the rates have gone up quite a bit these days 0,99 per mile on top of these gas prices 1 day use cost me $450.
Andrew HammondThe parking lot was a disaster!!! Parking was impossible and when we finally were able to get a spot an employee or owner barged in front of us and almost hit us. We were supposed to have a dolly and they didn't have it for us. Comment at the front desk was corporate should have known we didn't have any. I would make sure we don't rent from this location again!!!

Douglas CastilloMy first drop off was 829 FL-17 S, Lake Hamilton, FL 33851. On a lgas station that had a lot to drop off uhaul truck. Upon arrival, the store owner refused to take my truck. Due to limited space. He told me there was no space for me. I told him that i was supposed to drop off the rental truck there according to the rental contract i had. He didn't cared. After driving for thirty, i was able to drop off the truck in another authorized dealer/ mechanic shop after calling uhaul.

GORAN GRKOVICThe people at Haines City were fantastic!!! I am so happy that they had a truck available. But, this was my 3rd location that I had to go to pickup a truck that I had a reservation for. Why send me to a place with no truck, then one with a broken down truck.
Emile SartalamacchiaThe agent did not do a walk through of the vehicle for damages before I signed the contract to receive the truck (there were no damages to the truck) nor did she inform me that the gas must be exactly where it was upon returning the truck (she only stated there is a 0,79 cent per mile charge). When I returned the truck she did a walk through and when I asked her what she was looking for she stated she was checking for damages, when I ask her how come she didn't do that with her before giving me the truck, now its my word against your work, she stated she does not do walk through with the customer and she was very condescending regarding the gas. I explained to her that her method of conducting business was unacceptable as she should do a walk through with her customer so it can be agreed before signing the contract to any previous existing damage and that she should inform the customer of the gas policy before delivering the truck to the customer which she failed to do and charged me for the gas not being exactly where it was although she failed to make the policy known. What she gave me was a condescending and a sarcastic remark although she was the one in error. I would not recommend anyone to go to this site. Period.
Felicia RolleOffice was full of customers when we arrived. Staff (young lady) was very polite to everyone and worked diligently so we were all taken care of promptly. Would definitely visit this location again for any Uhaul needs. Thank you for making this part of our move seamless.
