I found the service and knowledge at the Fairway U-Haul top-notch. The service and knowledge at the third party broker was frustrating and a huge step down. I understand why U-Haul uses third party brokers but the service needs a big improvement.

The vehicle had an oil leak, when this was realized the oil almost completely out. My husband added oil to ensure the engine wouldn't blow and even went under and it was the filter it was loose. So whomever does the oil change on this did a bad job. However Farah foods staff were amazing and ensured I was taken care of and took proper steps and notified who needed to know. Merci.
Cindy WThe truck was covered in snow, had to drive it out of a snow bank. The trucks sterling was not good. Also there was very little gas in the tank
Heidi SReserved moving blankets. They were not available which was fine,but was still charged for them, that is not ok.
Michael AYour app didn't work when I picked up the truck. They didn't have the van I reserved. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
