Mariannne SantangeloPicking up the truck from location was sketchy at best. A guy sitting in the back of what looks like an abandoned storefront. Couldn't have been less excited to be waiting on customers. Location did not have the appliance hand truck we ordered. First truck they gave us had garbage and a box spring and Mattress in the back. Second truck was ok. The best part about this location is the drop off box outside the building. Hours on the front of the storefront said they open at 9a we waited for a few minutes and dropped the keys in the box. I would not recommend this location for a rental. There are too many other locations to be bothered with such a lousy one like this.

Jon NancePicked up the truck no issues at the location. Drove the truck to the move location, the back of the truck was dirty. I had to sweep it out. Loaded the truck it was raining all day, contents stayed in the vehicle over a few nights. Upon unloading noticed, the vehicle had leaked and contents in the containers were damaged. After the move, notified agent of the issue, he did not seem too concerned. He just told me to leave the keys in the dropbox as he was on his way out and mentioned I would get the bill the next day.
Miguel ArochoThe store is located in the rear of a beauty salon. When we arrived, no one was there in either shops. We walked around the strip mall looking for the worker. After a bit, we found him when we returned. I really wanted pads but he had none. It was a very small operation and he did a good job in getting me in and out. The trailer was clean. Everything was fine except the one issue above. I would still recommend Uhaul and this location to anyone that needs the service.

DeAngelo JacksonVery rude upon drop off. Not inviting or kind to me at all, the mother had an attitude towards me because I was dropping off at 4:00. The son had already left for the day so she had me park truck and trailer and complained the entire time that she didn't know I was coming to their location at all. On my receipt is their address.. she was extremely rude with me and frustrated I dropped off the equipment there. I showed her my receipt with their address and said maybe it was an error within the Uhaul system, but this is not my concern as it was built into my price and again.. shown on my receipt and discussed upon picking up the truck in NH. I even have a picture of the employees computer screen with their address as drop off! Two days later I get a call from a different Uhaul saying my truck was checked in on time but not the trailer. I had to call this location (105 dickens) back and tell him I have pictures of drop off date and equipment returned in good condition to have him check in the trailer after he "forgot", so I could avoid late fees. I will never use this location again mainly because the staff was very rude specifically the mother. This did not make for a pleasant experience at all. Reviews on google show similar experiences of people getting charged late fees for no reason. She gave me no receipt at drop off or any confirmations at all, avoided talking to me any further after handing her the keys. I had to leave my keys with her and just leave with no reassurance. Thankfully, I took pictures and videos of everything otherwise they would have definitely claimed equipment was not returned on time or in good condition. Very bad business practices.

Michael HowardLocal move. Rented appliance dolly but none available. Hand truck provided instead. Personnel always say it's in back of truck. I checked before I left and it wasn't. Manager offered to secure one from alternate location but I declined. Same story with family member that used this business. They should verify requested equipment charged for is available. No other issues.

Gregg StengelWe thought that working with you meant that we could move and leave it in the location we moved to. That was not the case..we used the Uhaul on Dickens rd . In Fuquay-Varina. He expected us to bring it back which was several hours away. We'll definitely not use you more. Thanks Vicki and Jeff

John ReedIs it located through and behind an eye brow salon? (Better call Sal). Yes. Then come upon a man who barely greats you, mumbles questions to you as he inputs information on his phone then finally guides you out the back door to a row of trucks. He begins to pull forward one of four 26' trucks. This truck is so banged up that we were terrified to drive it let alone drive it full of our belongings almost 1000 miles. We asked the man many times if there was any way we could rent one of the other three trucks which appeared new. He refused. As we felt uncomfortable driving this truck , I called uhauls' main number, express our concern and then put on hold while the representative called the man at this location then came back on the line and said he would switch out the truck and uhaul did not want us driving something we were not comfortable driving. So in the end we did have a good experience but I will never recommend that location to anyone.

Evelio HerreraVery helpful and understanding when we couldn't return the truck on time. A tire blew out on the truck and delayed us a few hours. We didn't arrive in time for our scheduled movers and had to unload on our own over a couple days making us late in returning the truck.

Ronald StrohkorbMobile app was terrible. It never gave me the lock box code for the key. I had to call customer service, they transferred me to another department and that went to voicemail. I called back and they gave me the code. Returning truck was difficult having to take lots of pictures. One said 'next family needs pic to find this truck for their rental'. We didn't get a picture to find our truck. We had to try every door to find it. The first thing you should mention in returning a truck is that we'd have to take all the pictures. We had to get back into the truck and pull it out for the back pic, use the key to get back into it to take the interior pics. All in the rain! Work on your app!!!
Nicole JohnsonSid was great and personable. Trailer was there among others. He came outside in the rain to connect the trailer to my vehicle. This location was convenient and had many vehicles and trailer options available. I would definitely recommend this location to friends.
Robert KraszewskiReservation was made incorrectly and luckily we called a couple days prior to and it was fixed. When we picked up the trailer, the brake light was not working, the alternate trailer had a flat tire so we had to go to another uhaul location across town. Set us back half a day!! Be prepared to rent proper equipment on time as this is what you do!!! Will not recommend this location to anyone!
Mark JohnsonMy pick up location was changed and I did not receive any confirmation that it had been changed. So I went to the wrong location. The truck was marked as clean but the cab of the truck had dirt every where and there was some kind of spill stain around the cup holder. Also the pictures that were used to show no damage to the truck must have been older pictures because I have to upload pictures of damaged to the outside of the truck. Overall this was my worse experience with U-Haul.

Billy BevanThe owner at this location was very rude and unprofessional on when I told him that I returned the uhaul before my cut off time. I did extend the uhaul an extra day which is $40 per day but he was trying to charge my card and extra $40 $80 total for the uhaul when I returned it the day I was suppose to. I tried to tell him that the app was not working when I got to this location. I also tried to checkout before I got to the location as I like to do things before hand, but I guess you have to use the checkout method when "you get to the location" which I did not know that as I don't really use uhaul often. When I tried to tell him to check the cameras that I was there before the cut off time he didn't want to hear it so I ended up calling customer service. I am a GM at a hotel and customer service is our #1 priority when dealing with our customers, he on the other hand is NOT customer service oriented.
