Revoke the franchise from the Ramirez Autoplex location. My reservation was with them but there was no one available to help with a trailer. I ended up being an hour late because I had to go elsewhere and it caused issues with my plans for that day.

Easy reservation and super easy pick up in Abilene!!

SAMUEL MFat boys of Abilene and Galvan's Quick stop were great and treated us very well. The people at 826 S Clack st. where we first booked a trailer were the worst and most rude people especially the manager that I have ever encountered. After arguing with me about the drop off address they did the same with another customer in the store next to me. I walked out and as I was leaving saw the other customer doing the same as I was leaving. Won't use them again. I went to Fat Boys and got a trailer without any issues. They were great. The next day we rented another trailer at Galvan's and they were very helpful also. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the people at the S. Clack uhaul. It won't happen again. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
