SAMUEL M.Fat boys of Abilene and Galvan's Quick stop were great and treated us very well. The people at 826 S Clack st. where we first booked a trailer were the worst and most rude people especially the manager that I have ever encountered. After arguing with me about the drop off address they did the same with another customer in the store next to me. I walked out and as I was leaving saw the other customer doing the same as I was leaving. Won't use them again. I went to Fat Boys and got a trailer without any issues. They were great. The next day we rented another trailer at Galvan's and they were very helpful also. This isn't the first time I have had issues with the people at the S. Clack uhaul. It won't happen again. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
