Brian R.24/7 online pickup was not working. Also my pick up location was changed the day before pick up 30 miles out of my way so u had to pay for more mileage usage to pick up and drop off truck. Called customer service and told them the problem with online issue and customer service was no help just kept giving me the run around, finally gave up and workers at location helped. I had to redo everything at pick up location in person.

I talked with several agents and they were all helpful and were aware that the container was 400 miles away from me as it contained my granddaughter's possessions when she moved out of her house to another state. I would use U Haul again and it was cheaper than other movers I had contacted for the same service. Thank you for everything.

They helped thru the entire procedure and checked everything prior to letting e leave to make sure my vehicle and the unit we're properly hooked up and working together. I would not only use their service again but I would recommend them to anyone who needs a small trailer.

frank H.The whole experience was the worst I have ever experienced. I am beyond upset with U-Haul and their lack of customer service. I would be embarrassed and ashamed if I worked or owned a part of this company. I will make sure that I do not suggest U-haul for people in the future. On one bright note Kurt and the staff at FC Simpson are amazing and great people to work with. The rest of your organization could learn a lot on how to treat customers and people in general from them.

We called the 800# they informed. Us what to do. What should have taken 15 minutes turned into an hr. The owner came out let us in. He was very friendly.

CHRISTOPHER Y.The U box container was delivered before the time promised after several phone calls with the Florida dispatcher☹ï¸. Later that evening when I opened the box I noticed some of the items on top were wet. The ubox leaks. The u box wrapping had several tears in it and was closed up with packing tape on the door way side. Packing tape strips does not make a water tight seal. If the u box was delivered when it was supposed to be delivered I would have inspected it and had you take it to the uhaul facility and dry out some of the wet bags. Not happy with Uhaul. John the manager at the Sarasota/ft Meyer facility was not helpful.

Christopher A.We always enjoyed going here to get plants and the staff have always been nice but today was completely different! Yesterday I picked up a uhaul trailer and the normal staff I usually see were very nice and things went smooth, I was told when to have the trailer back and I was on my way. Today I brought the trailer back and pulled in to Simpson lime and decided to pull around back to park the trailer in the uhaul lot…. Well I guess that makes me stupid! Some old man came around in his utility cart yelling that I need to check in first and that I'm stupid for pulling around (no instructions were given for return) this obviously pissed me off having some grumpy old business owner yelling at me calling me stupid so this led to several words being exchanged. Note to mr grumpy, Next time someone drops off a trailer and you don't like how they do it, just remind the customer that next time you prefer that they come into the store first. You have lost a long time customer.

DUANE RICHARD J.The attendant pushed my seat back to back the trailer for me, now my seat is stuck and I cannot reach the pedals on a manual drive. Nobody there offered to help me after a few trys of fixing my seat. I wish I never paid for UHaul insurance because now my trailer hitch lighting system is still wrong and my seat won't work. I should get $70 back just for all my delays on the road and for having to fix problems alone.

Terrence S.These folks were awesome. I reserved my TD on line at the Marysville location. Got a text, email saying everything was good to go. Drove 1 hour to get there, they were closed on Sunday's! Wait what? So go back on line to find the closest location open and wound up at Sampson's! Again they were awesome and oh by the way, they had my unit reserved at their location! Uhaul sent it to them, however never informed me.
LESLIE JAMES C.The truck was in bad shape the front end loose and pulled the left it sucks gas I drove it 53,6 miles and it cost me 37 to fill it back that's bs I spray the door hinges with w-d 40they were so dry I would have taken it back if I was going for a state to state no cruise control y need better maintenance on them .

Once I've got my reservation I really don't see the need to keep with the calling and texts for 2 weeks I work nights and being woke up is a bummer. you have my credit card I have a confirmation email leave me alone .
