Michael RThis was a horrible experience! The app didn't work, the website didn't work. I received erroneous charges suddenly in my account. The person at this location reversed one of those erroneous charges but left the hold on my account as a purchase. Every time I call to talk about it they said the system was down. The third phone call he said I have to call 1-800 Uhaul to get any service.1-800 Uhaul told me to call the site. She told me she couldn't reverse any charges but did the first one. I felt comfortable walking into this place because Christian music was playing and she professes to be a Christian. This is one of those experiences where you run into a fake Christian. Beware!
William MLaurel was awesome. I kept my truck longer than the original contract, and she took care of everything. I was moving, and I was a little stressed. Laurel put my mind at ease with her excellent attitude and work ethic. When I arrived she smiled, and welcomed me. She is AWESOME!!!

pedro sThis drop off location was not exactly inviting, it was hidden in a little industrial like park. The business itself is closed on Sundays which is when we dropped the truck off. That being said we kind of just had to guess where to park the truck, there was only was only U-Haul truck and it was in the back of the lot. Had to just guess that we were completing the drop off process correctly.

DAVID PThese folks stepped up to take a one way rental in even though it was contracted to be returned at another location. The contracted location refused because they were full and suggested this site (full also) but left me with impression I was on my own to find a drop off location. I thought "contracted" location inferred obligations! Silly me. Very inconvenient especially when I was worn out from the move!

robert cThe only complain I have is with your customer service center. I had a few questions amd the personel was extremely rude. I needed to change my drop off location and was transfered 5 times in one phone call and then got hung up on. I was driving in circles for 2 hours before I was able to drop my rentals off. Very disapointed!

Diane GThe pick up arrangements were very smooth and straightforward; all my troubles and stress can with the drop off for this one way move over 2 days. Firstly the self check in app would not lwt me change the drop off location and seemed convinced this was a local drop off back where I atartwd over 200 miles away. Spoke to CS who told me the drop off location I was using was not suitable for after hours drop off despite there being a public Uhaul parking area and a drop box for the key. This was escalated to a supervisor who gave me another location open on a Sunday to use and extended my mileage limit to get me there 30 minutes away after refusing to let me drop the truck at my chosen location. My frustration level was raised when the new drop off location given was a wrong address. I then used the uhaul website for a new drop off location that was open. After getting there I vented my frustration with the girl checking me in and ended up getting a waiver for the extra day. A small token indeed that was thankfully received. Overall, a good pickup, a great new truck but a terrible after hours drop off. Will not use uhaul again for a long time to come.

mark gEvery effort was made to accommodate me, right down to the truck size the representative gave me a bigger truck , which to my surprise for the same rate . that was great for me because the truck I choose would have been chaos. The service as well as the site was beyond reproach. It's a definite 10 for me.

JACQUEZ HI was given a truck that was too small for my move. I asked for a truck that could move 3 rooms of furniture. They gave me a 10' truck. Way too small. I had to find the right size truck, which took me 3 hours. I had to rent a hotel for an extra night because my contracted help could not stay past a certain time. That means I needed to rent the truck for an EXTRA DAY. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will tell all my friends to never use UHAUL.
