karen sI had to clean this unit when picked it. There was a foul smell coming from the middle seat when I started 20 minutes into the drive. Found food and some containers I couldn't reach. Gas gauge and/or fuel sending unit is reading intermittent, and could leave you stranded. I used the odometer and trip mileage to keep track of fuel use.

NURLAN AThe cabin has a hole. My furniture and boxes all get wet and damaged. I called to let the company know without asking for money back. Next day got the bill for almost $20 extra because they said the gas is not up to the limit. I puts gas and took the picture before I return. I call customer service to show them the evidence they said their manager will call me back. 2 days nobody call or reaching out to me.

Adeline AArrived at 8am business was closed. Didn't realize I could access the vehicle via the website. Nobody explained that before hand. Took a extra 25 minutes. Once I got into the truck it was almost empty. That took another 15 minutes out of my way to add gas. That sucked.
