Van was parked on the street, not in front of the business - not exactly easy to find.

It was terrible! A. It took me a bit to find the vehicle. B. I did receive the code to unlock the pad lock. Good thing the dealer was there. But it was a complete inconvenience. C. I was not able to park the vehicle at the back of the building as requested by the dealer. The truck is at least 7 ft wide + mirrors. The spot to park the vehicle was only 9 ft due to a bad parking jobs by the vendor of his two other vehicles. It would have been impossible for me to get out of the truck even if I was able to park it. There was no indication of any other spot I could park. I was unsure whether I was able to park in front of another garage door etc. I ended up parking at the front of the building. I am more than happy to send a picture of the parking spot that was left for me to park in. Overall very dissatisfied!

Representatives were not familiar with your online system which delayed the check-in process, spoke little to no English, charged (and subsequently refunded) for services I did not request or use, and had not cleaned the vehicle when I picked it up. I was directed to this location when a vehicle was not available at my preferred location. I will not use this location again.
