Truck leaked oil on my driveway and the level was barely touching the dip stick when i checked it.

The total customer service level of this rental was horrible. !st, you change my rental pickup location to an hour away from me in Oshkosh, then I have to go twenty minutes out of my way to this location vs. the one I reserved, the truck is dirty inside and out, high-mileage, has no back-up camera like the other trucks I've rented in recent years. I'm not happy about this, and am thinking of take my business elsewhere. Call me, please.

When the company says pick up the equipment from one shop but sends you somewhere else the night before is not cool

So we rented the trailer to move refrigerators. Surprise surprise the trailer isn't tall enough to handle refrigerators in the upright position. We booked online and the place where we picked up the trailer said the card was declined. We provided a different card and it worked. But again the trailer was too short so we returned it unused only to find both the card that we reserved the trailer with and the secondary card had been billed. After spending the better part of an hour on the phone with UHaul and US bank with US Bank telling me that both cards were changed and UHaul telling me not to worry it was a very wasted day for me and the contractor hired to move the appliances

I scheduled the pickup for a different location. When I went there they said they didn't have my truck and I'd have to drive to Oshkosh to get it. I wasn't notified before that of the change and the system allowed me to choose select it. After I had picked up the truck I was called an hour later asking when I was going to pick it up. Very disorganized.

The truck was not looked over before the rental went in to start the truck and the battery was dead! Put me behind by an hour and had to pay my help an extra hour of service

The location was fine but there was no one there who knew how to check out a rental. They just gave me the trailer. Uhaul later called asking if I still wanted the trailer and I did the check out over the phone.

This location was much nicer than the one we rented from. They actually pay attention to what the truck looks like.

Equipment was clean but the trailer was not properly gone through or they would have noticed there was no brakes left. Would have saved me 5 hrs of sitting on the side of the highway and having to unload and reload into another trailer.
