STEVEN FThe worst move I've ever had. I arrived and they didn't have the trailer I reserved. The trailer was attached by a random employee collecting grocery carts in the parking lot, the break line was TAPED on and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. I showed the way the trailer was hitched to a certified U-Haul employee when I dropped it off and they said it was embarrassing how unprofessionally it was attached. Avoid this location at all costs

John TThe rental "office" is located at the customer service desk inside the grocery store within the plaza. That should be made more clear to the customers with better signage. Staff was very helpful. For some reason I was charged $84 for going over miles which doesn't make any sense. I drove exactly to and from the locations entered into the reservation without deviation, shouldn't that mileage have been calculated correctly at the time of reservation? Fortunately people have choices when it comes to truck rental and I will choose a different company next time.

Malcolm MI waited a long time to receive the car, when I went to get the car key they made me wait because they couldn't find the key, in the end I lost an hour of my reservation.

James PI filled the truck up with Gas at the amount asked and THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR GAS! Ridiculous and I feel they robbed me. I left it exactly at the line they provide on the receipt if not alittle over the amount and they still took it upon themselves to fill the tank up on my dime. Very unacceptable and unprofessional.

LINDA DThey need to upgrade their computer system. The cargo truck was exceptionally clean. I've rented them from other locations and usually the cargo area is quite dirty. Also, Rose Beth was vey polite, professional and helpful. She didn't get flustered when her computer kept crashing but rather found a workaround.

MARGARET CMy reservation location was changed 6 minutes after the scheduled pick up time via text message which was a huge inconveinence.
Joseph FThe manager of Fine Far who inspected the car, charged my 6 gallons of gas for the drop off. The car was received with half a tank of gas and dropped off with half of tank of gas!
Vasilios RI paid in cash when I picked up the truck. Cash required a $100 deposit that I was told I would get back when I turned in the truck. The turn in location does not deal with cash and could not give me my deposit back.

Thomas RThere was no employee there at the time I was told I was able to go pick up the truck. I had to wait an hour for the employee to show up and by the time they arrived I had done it by myself through self pick up.
Mario RVery confusing where to drop off. No signage. Need to go into the supermarket to customer service counter. People there were fine but it took a while to figure this out. More information should be provided up front about where to drop off.

dawn m...however, the service by Nicola, the Food Fare/U Haul Customer service Rep was excellent. She was hampered by the fact that the Uhaul credit card machine was not processing my credit card - I had to use a different credit card and it took over 1 hour to "check out". The truck was in excellent condition but the driving cabin reeked of marijuana when I got in (it still smelled when I dropped it off today!) and there was no windshield wiper fluid so that could have created an emergency if that was needed (luckily, all I got was rain and the wipers were good). Truck drove well.

EDWARD WThe truck was filthy, inside and out… I can understand why it was marked as just a local delivery/moving truck. It did not seem mechanically sound to me at all. Yes the lights worked, but the truck had a problem getting out of its own exhaust and felt like the transmission was slipping… I was in a pinch to get some Furniture from Riverhead to Manorville. That's less than a 30 mile round-trip. Had any other local location had a comparable vehicle, I would not have taken the one I did..
