Location did not have any of the additional equipment that I had on my reservation. They were very rude and unhelpful. I had called the location and was hung up on several times.

My truck wasn't available I had to get downgrade to a 10 foot box truck only good thing it was the manager gave me a discount on the miles but overall the truck was so dirty you could barely see through the front windshield and also inside the vehicle was very dirty. I will probably not be renting from that store again.

The truck was very dirty inside cab and cargo area I had to sweep 2 times they didn’t discount anything for that

Truck should have been cleaner and maintained better. " Check engine light " was on plus napkins on floor and center console. Blankets and gloves that were not ordered were in rear of truck.

Been doing this for 10 - 12 months each week ( 4 days in a raw ) never had a gift from U-haul, never had a free mileage and thank you for that. I will definitely find another rental more convenient for me….ENTERPRISE maybe might be better at recognizing my record. Merci.

They really helped me when I was long time waiting over the phone except but Mrs. Miriam she tried the best she could but she couldn't solve my problem about the location and transfer me and the other representative answered me but they make me wait for long time and hang up. But the employee the from 700 Suffolk Ave location was great.

I was there at 9 am but the lady in charge doesn't come in until 10 am so a worker from the supermarket did the checkout and he knew so little about the rental that I ended up renting only the pick up truck but the transporter I had to get it from another store. Mileage was different from the original mileage so I ended up paying extra for the mileage

When I picked up the pick up truck the bed was dirty the mileage was off by 5 miles and the gas level was totally wrong .

This is a great place to rent a U-Haul truck. The equipment is one of the nicest and cleanest van I have ever rented from U-Haul. The U-Haul app really expedited the pick up and drop off experience. The people working the counter are friendly and efficient.

This place was very shady they had truck available but kept saying it’s not but system showing it is. They was trying to hold the truck for someone else who had no reservation smh

Check engine light on, uhaul place didn't have phone scan in, staff barely spoke English, took approx an hour to get truck. Dokey wasn't pre loaded. Truck also made weird mechanical noise during transport that was very loud at times.

The staff here didn't check for the attached chains on my car to the dolly and tried to drive my car off the dolly. When I got the attention of the staff to I gorm him he will damage my car he got out my car you'd the other staff it's not his responsibility to drive the car off the folly but did not acknowledge that its uhaul responsibility to detach the equipment from the vehicle. Because of that interaction he personally discarded my prescription glasses and credit card that I left in the vehicle. I went back the next day to make a complaint and obtain my items they were discarded with 24 hours later.

The trailer was not secured well and fell off mid travel. we had to contact uhaul roadside assistance to help us and it could have been dangerous.

They charge me too much money, as it is possible that for less than an hour they charge me $73, when in other places I have rented they have charged me less money, for more time and more miles

Truck had no heat, dirty cab, rear door lock did not work, no hand truck or blankets. I had to return the truck a day early and rent a van from a known reliable dealer . I drove 2 hrs to Manhattan in 36 degree weather with no heat. I'm a regular uhaul customer and this is the first bad review I'v given

Truck was not cleaned, very dirty and dusty but other than that.....overall, the rental experience was decent. Very quick and affordable! I would definitely use this location again if I had the need

My suggestion would be to have someone that speaks and understands english. Thankfully my dad was with me and the transaction went smoothly. The guy and service was friendly and helpful.

One of the tires were flat, the associate grossly exaggerated the amount of gas that he stated was in the truck but when we brought it to their attention, our paperwork was amended.

The appliances werent there when i rented the truck and the truck didnt even have air conditioning and its mid summer. You guys need to give the trucks service at least 1 a month.

This location is the best it is a super market so if you are moving the best thing is that you can move and go food shopping at the same time. The staff at Fine Fair super market is the best and the prices are well taking that I am in long Island ny this is the best prices super market on long island.

After getting the u haul .... I will never go to that location again because if the un profession of the workers there and not understanding that we had called n made sure we called so we would not get charged more !!! But yet they did it anywwy !!!! They were very shirt n nasty !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!

My account was noted with special instruction for the authorized dealer to follow. While at drop off location, I was told to inform representative of the notation. The representative then got her manager because she did not know what to do. He came over and proceeded to tell me he never has heard of what I was saying and finalized my rental, which he was not supposed to do without entering my gift certificate code. This code was given to me due to a mechanical issue from a previous rental from this same location. Manager was informed of this issue when I dropped but he apparently did not remember this happening at all although it happened one week prior. He kept repeating that I had to call U-Haul, for a refund to which I had already done. Hence why I was given a gift certificate to use for future rentals. He refused to try, and keep saying he has nothing to do with U-Haul.... weird. So I called U-Haul while at the drop off location. I was put on hold, after speaking to a representative who claimed she was now applying this credit to my next rental. After 1 hour and 36 mins of being on hold, I had given up for the day. As the authorized dealer was now closed.

Everything went very smoothly, except one thing. I made my online reservation at a location closer to my house, and several days later I was informed that it was switched to this location. Though everyone was pleasant and helped things go well, I lost about 15 minutes on both ends, and paid for an extra 8-10 miles.

It was tricky to start the rental truck & it showed a notification for low tire pressure. We went back inside to the counter & they immediately asked if we couldn't start the truck. Wish they'd told us the trick to starting it before we went to inspect the truck!
