The app pick up did not work it would not recognize my picture. It was the worst app ever, however "Chris" who is the owner was driving by his closed store and cared enough to open his shop and get me on my way. He was a life saver that day. Please let him know that. Please try and fix the app it's very hard to use
Dean MDidn't really have much inner actions with them but the lady I spoke with was very nice and professional would definitely go back
MICHAEL SThe OPEN sign in the door was lit, but the door was closed and no one in the office. Had to drop off the key in a box. The U-Haul app took FOREVER to upload the pictures. I had to repeat taking the pictures to my own folder in case I had to redo it when I got to a better location.

Rob SI originally scheduled to pick up in State College and confirmed online but they didn't have the truck I reserved so I was told that they would reduce the cost to $280 for 4 days and give me an additional 60 miles if we would drive an hour each way to pick up the truck in Lock Haven. I agreed and we did. Upon return to Hyde Park, NY we were charged the full amount and extra mileage. I have tried to contact them to find out why and no one has called back. Very disappointed...
