I'm still waiting on my money that was healed off debit card when I rented the truck when I returned the truck to be refunded back to my card. When I returned the truck on December 31st I didn't have enough money in my bank account to pay the final bill. My daughter lpaided it with her debit card which she had to pay the whole bill which the money that got took from my card when I first rented the truck has not been remburst back on tony card yet.

CASEY ADrop off location was great. When I got home I decided to call Uhaul and talk to customer service about the previous encounter with the representative prior to pickup. I explained the whole story to Tyler and he apologized for the other rep. I told him I didn't get her name but I'm sure it's on the reservation because she upgraded it and her said it was. He asked if he could put me on a brief hold and did so. He came a minute later telling that he spoke with his supervisor to get approval and asked if $100 credit on my credit card was good with me making the difference between the reservations only $10, I said that would be fine. Tyler was great, listened and resolved the issue. Thanks Tyler great job today.
David NThe person I dealt with was pleasant but couldn't do the U-haul transaction. I had to leave the trailer for a person who could do it. I did get a receipt the next day but was a little uneasy leaving the trailer without turning it in. I took several pics of it being parked.
Collin PGreat people again,,,But I originally try to drop the 5x8 trailer at a place called SUPER FOOD MART IN MAIDEN NC But they would not take the trailer even though they are a U-Haul rental place, absolutely unbelievable, said they only take box trucks, Thanks to Fitzgerald on highway 150 for saving the day
