Man who owns or runs the store was unhelpful and rude. The app didn't work properly so i was forced to do a night drop off and left the key in the locked dropbox at 8:20am when the store apparently didn't open until 9am, even though online it said they opened at 8am. On top of unhelpful rude behavior, my rental didn't get properly processed and Uhaul had issues contacting the store. Rental still wasn't processed the next day and I had to call Uhaul again. This was one of the worst experiences i've ever had with Uhaul.

Not leave candy wrappers on the inside of the truck. I also asked for a dolly and didn't receive one.

ALEX RU-Haul send me here after they canceled my original reservation! The man working told me that there was no reservation. I then had to remake a reservation, after two hours of trying to find my original reservation, that was the only solution. I do not believe that was the man's fault but the overall U-Haul experience! The last couple of times that I have rented from U-Haul, they have made my experience extremely difficult!

Roland RUpon arrival the customer service was horrible. The employee had no knowledge of booking despite having online confirmation number and then contacted someone over the phone who took 30minutes of my booking time to complete everything and then accused me of being late to the pick up location when I asked to have 30minutes extended due to the time it took to complete paperwork all the while it was completed online with the confirmation number in hand and then when asked of drop off details was just told to drop of in the box without any further details provided. All in all was a horrible experience and would not rent again.
Patrick DRenting from uhaul was an absolute nightmare. I can't even get into how terrible it was. The men at the counter were nice, it's not their fault. But one didn't know you're policy about $50 to the customer if you don't have the equipment there when it's guaranteed. Anyway the whole weekend was a mess. To many issues to put down here.
Rachel SI had horrible customer experience I was not advised this location would close at 5:00 p.m. I was given 6:45 pick up time online I was not notified of this and had horrible experience with lockbox pick up which delayed my pickup this was not the first time I was supposed to get it the day prior and also I had a delay and getting it it deleted a day after horrible experience with you home not the first time I have a bad experience with U-Haul
ESTHER CThis place added safe movers $15 fee to my account and I told him I did not want it when I got my bill it was on there. These people have not refunded me for any reason. He says I have to contact customer service which I have and they haven't responded either.

Ataklti AThe guy that checked me out worked at the convenience store register. He could leave his register to do a walk around. I walked around saw some scratches and asked for a sticker since other areas had stickers to show I did not do. He said take a picture. Then upon returning he stated I can drop off at any location. That's why I picked up at his location to begin with. To avoid paying driving miles from one side of town to the other. Then returning he said he was open 24 hrs he then did not check me out on lab top so me that I lost trust I called customer service twice to help me close my account to get checked in and a receipt. Then the new guy at the register decided to be weird and take out picture from around the corner hiding. My daughter was in car waiting for us since we were dropping off. Never again. Vehicle says $19 but after all these fees it came out yo $75 bucks for 4 hrs. Not worth it.

Yahaira PI recently had a reservation picked up at Five Point Convenient Store in San Antonio, TX at 126 Fredericksburg Rd. This was unquestionably the worst experience with U-Haul I have had. When I arrive for my pickup, the cashier had no idea how to handle U-Haul reservations nor was he aware. He had to call his boss and had me speak to him over the phone. While I was using my rental truck, I left my car at the Five Point Convenient Store. When I arrived my vehicle was not there. I went inside and asked the cashier who once again had no idea whether the car had been stolen or towed. He claimed to have no knowledge despite me being able to see their security camera monitor with a camera pointed directly at the parking spot. Once again, he gets his boss on the phone who tells me he has no contact info for a towing company and that they are not responsible for it at all. How is a business unaware of any information about a towing company on their property? This forced us to wait at the convenient store for a family member to pick us up. Five Point Convenient Store is located in a crime ridden part of town. While waiting outside, a customer verbally assaulted my 61 year old father and attempted to escalate it to a physical confrontation. When we arrived at the tow truck location it was conveniently located just a few minutes from Five Point Convenient Store. Hmmm I wonder why? Sure seems like an agreement between the tow company and the store. This location should not be a pickup location for U-Haul. It's absolutely shameful that U-Haul does business with this store.
