i had trouble finding the place (having forgotten that south 68 and detroit st. in xenia are 2 different roads) but woman working counter couldn't have been nicer and you had a wide-load dolly. 5 stars!

Nicole SDo not recommend the after hours pick up. It was very difficult, took a lot of time, app kept messing up, and nobody told us we had to fill it up with gas before we brought it back so we had to pay 77$ for gas.

Robert SI was charged for gas. I filled it back to where it was when I received it. The worker was 20 min late. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck. Will never use them again.

Bob BI reserved a 20 foot moving truck. Only a 26 foot truck was available. When I went out to investigate the truck, the entire bed (upon opening the back door) was covered in live cockroaches! I was then told that they didn't have anymore trucks available (even though there were two more in the lot) and that I'd have to drive from Springfield, Ohio to Xenia Ohio to get another truck and that was my only option. This not only added mileage and more fuel to my cost, but the delay and additional travel left my movers sitting for 2 HOURS at $125 per hour! I paid for two pages of moving blankets, which I didn't even use, but was told by a UHAUL associate that they were not refundable. This has been the worst moving experience of my life. I am on a fixed budget and had to pay almost $400 more than I budgeted due to these issues. I was also advised that the initial charge for the roach-infested truck would be reversed and that I would not have to pay another charge at the UHAUL in Xenia (which was a lie). Given this experience and the additional monies that UHAUL cost me, I am requesting that the $150 cost be refunded. I have utilized UHAUL for many years and NEVER had these types of problems. Steven SThe gentleman said he would take care of check in as apose to doing it online and come to find out we were charged a mileage fee when we filled the tank to what we were given. We put in $87. 55 when we started and 37 when we returned it only to have been charged another 37.50. Yet did not exceed the 170 miles allotted. Something not right there!!! The check engine light, lack of air conditioning, and added charge makes this rental a bust.

LESLIE HSelf check-in was a debacle. Fortunately, there was someone there on a Saturday, but he was mostly unpleasant and slow. Fuel tank indicated "19 miles to empty." When I set up the rental, I was shown 135 miles. I drove 128 and was charged additional $27 for going over the allotted miles. Piss poor. Sorry.

Mary SPerson is great but office not professional. Parking just gravel not paved. Most importantly I reserved and paid to pick up in Beavercreek Oh but had to go to Xenia as Uhaul called a day earlier about that. Inconvenience. Why does the system allow if there is no truck available at a chosrn location. So in summary two problems: 1. Pick up location different than I reserved 2. I had to get a ride to pick up truck from a far location. Extra money spent 3 filled fuel more than what I had at the time of pick up. No refund on extra fuel 4 became more expensive that it supposed to be

Kary WWhen I booked this truck online it gave me three locations for optional drop off. I think all of them said Xenia. I was moving to Wilmington Xenia isn't exactly close. I mentioned that i know there was a drop off location with in 10 mins of my house to the guy that i checked me in. He said he saw two options and told me this location was just up the road. When I pulled it up on my gps this morning it was 22 miles from my house. It took me over 30 minutes to drive just up the road. When a few weeks ago we had a truck that we dropped off less than 10 mins from the house. Said it would open at 9. Got there for a few minutes before nine so I waited. At about 5 after 9 I checked the truck in myself.
