We were not informed at the time of registration or pick up on the process of check out after hours. We had truck back on lot and locked up at 7:30 pm and at 8pm we got a text message saying we had to take pic of millage and everything to make sure we had back on time to avoid $20 late fee. We had already locked truck up or we would have done that process. Now we know for next time.

Don't say one thing and then do another. All U-Haul services should charge what they advertise. What bill you print out should be bill customer pays,NOT get hit with extras you never told them about.

The system was not working so they were not able to take my payment for mileage overage. I was told it would be taken care of and charged to my credit card. Now I get an email saying I am past due and you are charging a late fee.

This location charged me for gas not being full enough when my paperwork shows it's actually over...They also charged me an additional day and miles which were also authorized already. Total charge was an extra $189 and now I have to wait for an $79 refund that should have been closer to $90 but this rude individual charged me for the gas as well and I don't have the patience to call corporate back and explain. Corporate did look into and issue a refund within the hour so I have no complaints with them. It isn't there fault I'm too annoyed with this location to explain the extra gas charge on top of all the others. I'll just settle for the amount they came up with but I'll never deal with this location again.

my son dropped it off but said everything was good

The instructions for dropping off the keys were not clear. We were not told to have a copy of the contract to put in the dropbox. Luckily, we had a smartphone and were able to complete the process online. My fiance does not have a smartphone and would have had to come all the way home to print that contract and bring it back, adding miles to the u-haul.

I got double charged by these f*****g a**holes. I had a trailer for less than 24 hours and they charged me 80.00. F**K YOU!

This location should have offered to help hook up the trailer to the vehicle and offer a ball and slider so the trailer can hook up to the vehicle. The guy just told me to go to Autozone and buy the needed parts. Also, it took a long time to finalize the rental to get on the road so a shorter time to get it rented out would be helpful. Nice guy but not the smoothest operation.

When refueling truck with gas, the gauge got stuck, ended up added more than needed.

I was charged for an additional day inspitebif the fact that the trailer being returned within the 2 day contracted time. I will never pick up a trailer from this facility again. I have used U-Haul several times in the last 3 years to move my children into/out of college and have never had such poor service. “Danny” at this U-Haul faculty states that he will refund the over charge. I will dispute the charge with Discover if not done by the end of the business day today 1/9/18.
