GMC van worked OK over a long highway move, but interior was somewhat dirty (pointed out to agent at start, so we were not charged for cleaning) Shocks felt worn out as the vehicle was very bouncy and "loose". Windshield wipers were very streaky, needs new ones. Staff at location were very good and efficient. Top marks to them.Robert W.

Hard to find a better U-Haul location than this one. Even with the price of gas being what it is, I still drive the extra 10km to deal with this professional / no-hassle location. In a world where everyone wants to screw you (because they can), these people do not.John A.
Staff were very busy on the weekend and took about an hour to identify the truck. truck inventory management seems to be an issue and their system is not updated correctly. best to schedule ahead of time (which I did a week before) and hope they will pre-assign the truck to the reservation.Jorge G.

Make sure wiper blades and mirrors are checked for proper working condition. I had to tighten the adjustment screw so the mirror would stay adjusted and fix a wiper blade that had slipped out of its holder.Michael K.
I realize that fueling the vehicles (if returning renters dont) is difficult for some uhaul providersâ€¦ but it is a total pain as a renter to receive a vehicle with <3/8 of a tank of fuel and be expected to return it with the same amount. I have no idea how much fuel it consumes â€¦ if I overestimate, I have paid extra fuel, if I underestimate, I may not have enough to get to my destination and I have to top up to return it. Frustrating. Perhaps you should deliver it full and expect it returned full. If a retailer doesn't have access to fuel an untapped up vehicle, they charge a penalty to the returning renter and that retailer can chose not to refuel. ARGHThomas M.

The administration staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable even when we faced an equipment malfunction. We were very lucky to be dealing with experienced personnel who helped us work the problem. Would highly recommend this team to other renters.Amanda P.

I honestly hate giving low star ratings but I had to. I would have given a 1 but I felt bad. Backstory: My move was from 8am to 12pm (you have to pay to book the elevator and there are time slots). We booked the u-haul for 7:30am. It was a online pick up by the mall. We get there and had no idea what to do. We drove around the mall trying to figure out where to go to pick up keys. I had already done an online check-in. I call u-haul there is like a 30 to 40 minutes hold. We finally connected with someone at 8:15 I believe. There was a mess up on our online pick up. They had not left the keys to access the uhaul and no video had been sent. The only solution? Drove 25 minutes to a different location to pick up the u-haul and 20minutes back to the condo. We used mileage on the uhaul we wouldn't have had to were we given the correct u-haul. We obviously got charged for that mileage (yay!). We started the move and hour and a half late. We missed the second elevator due to this. So not really impressed about the whole thing. But I guess... we move.WADZANAYI M.

Have your reps double check their mileage instead of telling the customer they drove ~10000km and owe thousands of dollars. When In reality it was less than 1000km and had to argue with the rep telling me I probably drove a lot more than I thought.Matthew N.
When checking out on the app I got locked out of my truck as I turned in the keys. I took a picture of the mileage before I got out; but was unable to upload the picture. They only allowed taking a picture not uploading it.Daniel S.

The pickup i rented was basically newPETER S.
Gas was filled to no mark in truck so impossible to refill properly. U haul dont be lazy and start every truck with a full tank ffs . Will never use again . I ended up puting more gas than i used to avoid charges. U haul fill the trucks to a recordable amount not 5/8 s . I will use a different company next time . Very disappointed costumer . DanDANIEL W.

If it is possible to cost for each hour because someone want to rend the truck for 1 2 or 3 hours but they have to pay 8 hours... And you should have a number for us once we come back affter 5pm we park the Truck and call or send a message to that number and leave a key in the Box to make sure they back that time ... The people at the location were excellent and efficient. The box of the truck and the blankets and equipment they supplied were great. The cab of the truck was grimy. The steering on the truck did not work properly. The engine light came on during the trip back. Only used it for 30 mile trip. No way this truck would be for even a couple hundred miles.Ken O.
There were no signs and it's hard to see Uhauls from the road. I had to drive around the parking lot and the Flying J parking lot to find it. Location was closed so I can't speak to employees. There were no blocks or bricks to put under trailer tires, I had to walk the field to find a rock. I would not use this location again.Matthew L.

Even after reserving a utility cart we were given a broken one. She said she wouldn't charge us for it but we were charged!!! They don't answer their emails either, weeks after, still nothing. And to top it all off, the cargo van had break problems!!! No discounts in sight though. VERY DISSAPOINTED.Samantha P.

This time around I tried another location I ended up walking out and waiting a couple days to move just to deal with her. I got the truck with 1/4 tank of gas, ironic as I picked up at a flying J. Service was good. There were mistakes in my billing, the lady didn't argue about it and called in to head office to get that checked and fixed. Was a simple transaction.Carolane D.
There was no wait and there is parking for your vehicle. The lady that completes the hire is very friendly, quick and efficient. I've had many uHauls rentals, and I think she is the most speedy when all you want to do is get on the road ;)Yvette W.

Called the location and was treated as an inconvenience. Was told to "book it online". Ended up calling the 1-800# instead and was able to book no problem. Told this to the woman at the desk, and she was totally disinterested. Every trucks on the lot was filthy. The one I got had been heavily smoked in, and still had a lighter and other small trash from previous drivers. Trucks were parked so tightly together, I had to duck under the folded-in mirrors to access the door, then pull out before being able to do a all-around. Unfortunately, I'd rate this as an average uhaul experience, so take it for what it's worth.chris T.

I tried a self check in and check out this time. It took a little bit, I thought I would need photos and was not able to link from my photo album (but this might be for security reasons, and linking to a camera may protect you from fraud, not sure) Also I didn't have any of the supplies I requested and had to go back as this location wasn't open at the time of pick up.Alan L.
