In winter when trucks are allocated to customers it would be helpful when staff are onsite to clean snow off of windshields. Merci.
James COOKThe equipment was clean, but the truck itself looked like it needed some maintenance. It had the engine light on all the time, it was making weird and loud noises while breaking, sometimes it would not engage the gear correctly (either reverse or drive) and it would not move the wheels at all while throttling, and the whole truck would shake intensely when driving over 70km/h. So overall I would say the location was okay (even though I was expecting the utility dollies to be inside the truck already and not at the store since my pickup was a mobile pickup) but the truck definitely was not okay.

YVONNE ROCHEFirstly, I was able to reserve a truck in High River AB 10 days before my move however, two days before the move, I was informed that you no longer have a location in High River despite allowing me to reserve in High River. It was too close to my move date to make alternate plans which is how people get hooked to this scam. The truck was filthy. Pick up and drop off was easy. If you update your website, I would have been satisfied with the experience.

Attila LokiSorry, I really don't think these trucks should be used for a moving van,, very rough glass was broken and I packed and stacked properly as I was a delivery driver for 40 years. Boxes didn't fall, it was the bumping, I felt like I needed a kidney belt driving this..should have airride on the suspension..I would like to inquire about a parcel refund for the rough ride from Calgary to Edmonton it was crazy...I would not recommend anyone renting these trucks for long distance...

Robert WitThis is my favourite location, the staff are amazing and friendly. The equipment is always clean and ready to go. I even witnessed the staff going above and beyond to help an elderly customer during my last visit. 10 out of 10, I'd give the staff and location an 11 out of 10 if I could!

Hillary ReidWas a horrible experience overall. The truck was very dirty. The app didn't work so it took an hour to do the checkin. When I returned the truck the cost was almost twice the estimate when I picked it up though I used fewer kilometres than I estimated. Also took almost an hour to use the app again. When I contacted 24/7 customer service they said they put notes on my file to not charge my credit card until the location charged me. However the charge already went through.

Romer GarciaLocation and gentleman working was great. He was prompt and kind and helpful. The truck worked well for our use and was ready on time. It has been quite used over the years so there were a few items on it damaged. We spoke about it prior to me leaving when I picked it up and he was aware. It drove and got the job done so I'm happy with that. Great customer service and I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name.

Stephen EichelThis was the second location I went to on Sunday. The first one both trucks had issues. This location the first truck I was given had a flat tire and the employee told me the solution was to drive it on the flat untill I found somewhere I could fill it without even knowing if the tire could hold air still. Also no I am not driving a 26' cube van on a front flat tire. He wouldn't give me another truck for the one way trip I booked and paid for but instead had to change my booking for a return trip or else he was going to have to send me to a third location that day. We had to pay for movers to stand there for two hours while U-Haul found me a working truck because our original location in Okotoks didn't have a working truck for us to begin with.
Matthew PlayfairAlways check the gas, I drove 14 miles and I payed $45 for gas before returning it. Please always make sure that it is full tank.

DARIO DI LIBERTOTruck was not in the running condition I expect from uhaul. Service agent was very helpful, but a two hour wait while trying to move due to a battery issue really didn't do a lot for my faith in a future rental with uhaul. Very frustrated.

Geoff AllenThe truck was shaky, hard to handle and all fluids were low. the driver door was very difficult to close. There was no ramp to use for loading would have been nice to know that before renting. Also, once the truck was loaded it would not start for the return home to unload. I had to find a neighbour to boost the truck in order to finish the move. A coffee cup and garbage was left in the truck by previous renters.

Chris VargaMobile pickup took almost 1 hour. We had to deal with someone on the phone eventually after the mobile pickup kept failing . The lady was polite and helpful as was the lady we dealt with on vehicle return. The vehicle was filthy with mud on the outside, I had to clean side windows and mirrors before driving. Again the people were great but the mobile pickup and vehicle condition was poor.

Michael RobinsonI booked 2 furniture dollies over 48 hours ahead of time, along with a trailer. Only 1 dolly was made available; what is the purpose of offering to book equipment if it will not be provided? Also, the location I used closed at 1pm, my return was 3pm. I had it back at 1:30, and would like to discuss being reimbursed for unused time.
