I think at one time I had 5 spaces with y’all Mr Kip was super nice and easy to deal with any time there was a problem on the property I was notified was with y’all from 2019 till now if I’m ever back in the area and need a space y’all will be who I check with first Thank y’all for everything

Very friendly and courteous service! Kipp was great and always helpful. Very responsive to any needs or questions I had. I would definitely recommend!

Although the units were acceptable and rented them for years, had issues with the payment process under Uhaul. System did not seem to recognize payments, at times indicated late payment, at times would not provide receipts. Always made payments in a timely manner and at times paid in advanced. Uhaul needs to check their systems and update as necessary. I did not care for the payment system for the units.

This is Mary Perry, I had the opportunity to rent a storage unit for years at 16969 FM 439 Cedar Park, TX. My experience was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to using them again when needed. I highly appreciated the immediate feedback, respect, and communication. I will highly recommend their storage Unit anytime!

The only issue was that there was never anyone at the office when we were there. But other than that everything was great.

I am 71 years old and a bit old school. At 1st I had some concerns about a business that operates pretty much by remote control... No face-to-face human contact. I must say though Kip Did an excellent job of working me through any issues. When it came time to notify them of my ending my lease I sent a text message followed by a letter sent to the address on Google maps. Unfortunately the letter was returned as undeliverable but the short text message was sufficient even though the contract specified in writing. All said, I'm very pleased with how the whole process went, I was able to safely store my RV on short notice, and if the need arises in the future I would be happy to do business here again.

The office manager was always very pleasant and always prompt when I had questions. I will definitely use this storage facility for future use if needed.

Im extremely disappointed with the service I received storing my vehicle while deployed. I received damage to the engine compartment by rodents and the only response I got was comprehensive insurance should cover it. The owner was almost impossible to get hold after I returned from deployment. I recommend not storing anything at this location and seek service elsewhere if you dont want your belongings destroyed. Im pretty sure the location has some insurance to cover property, but wasn't brought to my attention.

I was there yesterday outside of your storage facility for 45 mins. No one answered the phone and the door was locked. I changed my reservation with uhaul and I will never use their services again.

I was lied to about security.i informed you about removal of truck before rent was due. You took another months rent. Not honest.

I never had an issue with entering or exiting the facility. When ever I needed help or answers to questions they always responded quickly. I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility.
