jim lCustomer service was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. The truck however was wet inside so I have to lay down tarps. The cab of the truck was disgustingly dirty. You stuck to everything. The dust on the dash was so thick. It smelled like smoke. I couldn't wait to return it.

megan sThere was garbage left in the front of the truck when we rented it, and equipment left on the back of the truck ( which we didn't mind we ended up using it since it was there). Miscommunications with owner and Uhaul company, these issues I thought were resolved until they kept trying to charge my card for more money for which I have no idea what. Just wrote the company to try to solve the issue. Might I add this was not an ideal place to send me for a uhaul in the first place with the fair going on. Would not recommend.

Teshia SNice people but trailer had not been swept out prior to my pickup. Didn't notice it until I started loading but there were a couple small spots of wet "mud" and straw on the trailer floor that wouldn't brush out easily with my gloves. Pretty gross and not sure if it was just mud - could have been something else? Otherwise everything was fine.

VISHAM RJim at the Dairy Bar is wonderful to deal with. He always calls and confirms and lets us know if there are any changes. He is very professional. We have rented a truck from him twice in the past few months. I have rented other U-Haul trucks from other locations, and there has always been an issue. After renting from him I will always use him in the future. The equipment was available and ready when scheduled. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.
Alecsandar KJim was terrific. He made sure we were all set to take the vehicle despite the short notice. Truly most helpful. The van was great. It ran well and was good on fuel.

AHMEDMOHAMED APickup location was 40 miles from my home! Expected to pick up the 4x8 trailer at the place I had the hitch installed n pick up trailer there at the Broadway store in Albany New York which way 20 miles from my home Customer should be notified of change of location
CAROLANN MThe storage area door was verrrry hard to raise up and down. When I got to the delivery spot, I struggled to get the door open. It shouldn't be like that. It needs to be repaired. The door should slide up and down much easier than this one did!
