My experience was great. The staff took control of the rental upon arrival. They also explained what to expect next regarding the contract charges. Very pleased. A nice clean town.

Marke WReturned "online" and it was a complete distaster. We already paid $125,14 in Largo, Fl and there was no reimbursement of those funds. I can't believe Uhaul is the only game in town. Service and price is horrendous.

Tim BThe trailer was too small for what we need it for U-Haul never notify us that there is a bigger trailer which we got the following weekend from U-Haul for the same price it would be nice that you would let renters know that there’s two different sizes motorcycle trailers when you rent the trailers

MICHAEL BNo one there no lock box or drop off box. Left the truck there and after calling the location the next morning was told they weren't supposed to be a drop off location until following Monday. Again tried several times to get ahold of U-Haul and after being on hold forever gave up. Finally next morning after being on hold for 30 minutes was able to talk to someone to get truck checked in.
