The back of truck was dirty and smelled bad. The staff at the location was nice and very pleasant to deal with. They only had 4 of the 24 furniture pads I reserved
Richard A20 foot truck was in like new condition. Used uhaul app for rental and pickup. Used key drop to drop off truck two days early. Uhaul app would not let me complete drop off. Bluewater Storage took care of return the next morning Bluewater Storage is a great company and a credit to Uhaul
John WUnable and or unwilling to help with flat tires on rentals ! No cleaning of equipment before next customer takes custody. We had to sweep out the van before we could put our things in side. I HAVE THE PICTURES TO PROVE THIS !
Jimmy LAgain with no attendant .. place looked like a closed down business then i get a call saying they never got the truck returned .. thankfully i had taken pictures and had kept all my info. If not how would i have proved i returned the truck when noone was there when i droped it off.
Donna CWent to drop it off where my agreement had listed no employees were present at the time I guess it was a family member. I told her I was dropping it off. She called the owner and said the owner said I could not drop it off there. Told me to take it 2 miles down the road which was not going to happen since i had been on the road all day. So I would never use the drop off place or tell anyone to use it and it is less than 5 miles from my house. All I can say is good thing you are the only company around.

TOM MI had to call the location to ask them to receive my trailer into your system after receiving a call from uhaul saying I had not delivered the trailer on time.
Rick LHad an original appointment for 7 am got moved to 10 am then 9AM got there and waited for some one to come called a number on the billboard and a guy came from a storage facility and opened the gate and said you know what you are getting and I said yes and he left ended up calling the number I had on my reservation and she said she was heading south to an appointment and she could do it on the phone so I said OK then hooked up to the trailer and some turn signals and brake lights weren't working properly right side so I made a note of the problem and left the facility, what would I have done if I needed boxes or anything else not a happy customer with the situation but I have to say that the drop off facility was very good and I would recommend it for someone at C&J in Washington Court house Ohio
Marvin CFront end of truck was not aligned, violently shook at 60 MPH, and did not have the dolly as requested. Customer service.
Philip MWe arrived to pick up at the counter as I requested. There was no worker present. It was a bizarre, seedy establishment. Another couple was there in the same predicament. Had to call Uhaul to figure out what was going on. Finally some sort of owner of the business showed up claiming his worker was out sick. He barely knew what to do and I had to figure out check in on my own. When I returned the truck there was no way to check it in, confirm mileage etc. Could not reach this joke of a place by phone. My final charges reflected over 70 miles driven when I know I never went that far. Truck was disgusting inside and felt like it was going to break down at any moment. I will never go to this place again.

JOHN MThere was a urine collection cup and a rotten potato underneath the driver's seat. The van smelled like manure. Cleaning was not done for the uhaul we used.

STANLEY SFilthy truck, inside passenger area and cargo area. The woman we dealt with was late both visits and smelled. Wiper blades were nonexistent. DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!

JUDE JHad a pick up time and she was late by 45 minutes. Was not there at specified time. Said she was in a meeting which made me feel like I was not important.

Kent WI had a scheduled pickup time. I had a customer waiting for me to arrive. No one was at the location. I waited an hour. Then called Uhaul. They did find equipment for me near by with another Uhaul location. The scheduled Uhaul person arrived as I was leaving. I did use their equipment. I had to hook the trailer up and check the lights myself. I have a orthopedic problem and it was physical for me very difficult. I have been very with Uhaul for many years and have rented a lot of equipment. I am very unhappy with the rental.
