Check make sure receive all equipment when having ready for pick up had to come back later in day because all equipment there

tommy gI reserved the pickup at a different location but UHaul changed it to Four Seasons. This location was not convenient, and the manager was not very friendly. The inside of the cab was disgusting. Someone had spilled a drink but it was certainly pointed out to me to make sure the truck was returned clean. I don't think she even looked at this truck before she rented it to me.

Will MI got evicted because me and the manger got into a verbal disagreement . She accused me of lying about being a tenant. I was using the dumpster when she approached me and told me it was for customer only , I informed her I was a customer , she didn't believe me and it went left after insulting me . She definitely need to be train on professionalism.

Jonathan NRented a 5x8 trailer. Seems like older equipment. Tire had been retread instead of changed but lasted the whole trip. Had a little problem with the ball latch. But over all in good working order and no leaks

Upon arrival, she told the authorized driver that we did not have a reservation. Then she read the reservation she had on the board and it was hours. When asking about changing the drop off location, she. Egan to explain. I stated that that was ok, would require too much work and said let's stock with the current location. She got loud and threatening. We got the impression that she simply did not want to release the vehicle to us. Horrible horrible horrible encounter. I would never recommend this location to anyone. On top of this, this was our second reservation change by haul.

Even when the facility had no power due to hurricane Ida the gate was opened to ensure access. They even sent out emails to update the clients.
