The back of the truck was filthy when I picked it up I had to clean it out before I picked up my furniture. I also requested a dolly with my order that wasn't provided, that I was still charged for! Made it difficult to complete my furniture pick up without it. Will not rent from this location again.

DAVID SOnly needed the vehicle for a quick large item pick up. The vehicle smelled of urine, not just a small scent it was over powering. The fuel guage and KM were not at the indicated level. XXX126 was the stated km but when we got in the vehicle it was XXX129. Not a big deal which is why I drove off. It takes a second or two for the fuel guage to come up so assumed it would come up further than 5/8 but did not not, stayed closer to half. So called back and was told to bring it in and was back within a few minutes. The attendant looked at it and was looking from the door so of course the analog dial looked to be 5/8. Did not adjust the KM. Whatever drove off and will never use again. It is not a large amount of cash but it is the principal. The urine smell alone though was off putting, as if someone used it for dog transfers.

BIN SI was charged a cleaning fee of $25 as the previous person who rented the UHaul had left some garbage in there. Essentially because I received a U-Haul with another person's garbage which was not cleaned out in between their use and mine I had to pay the price. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be renting a UHaul ever again from this location.
KEVIN HPlace was closed as it was Sunday so I can not comment on the people. Saying that I messed up the drop off on the App. However I saw on Monday morning early my return had been processed without me having to go back there.

Christian MThe rental smelt like cigarette smoke inside the cab & in the box also. Heavy smoke smell and cigarette burns were on the center console & really should NOT have been rented out with this level of toxicity. As someone on the lung transplant waitlist, this should not be a standard of rental that is allowed to have someone smoke in the vehicle or trailer area, period.
Ashra BIdeally have a pick up closer to their place/chosen location (not the faulit of the location), Having to drive ~half an hour each way to pick it up then back home was the only issue.
Daniel GEric was incredibly helpful! I booked online and when i went to pick it up his information did not match my print out. Some how the times i booked showed correct on my statement but his showed 6 hours later. He was able to get everything changed and set up to meet my needs. I'm very thankful for his help in making my move go so smoothly. Thank you Eric

JIM UJust want to bring this to your attention. We returned the U haul in the same condition we were given. We have rented u haul from this location so many times, most of the times we didn't get the u haul super cleaned. Yesterday owner of the location swept all the dirt and gathered it at one place to show that how dirty it was when returned however we were provided the U haul in same conditions many times. Before he charged us for the fuel when it wasn't applicable, now he charged us for the cleaning fees. Well if you expect the vehicle to be that cleaned we also expect the vehicle in clean condition. We gave this location so much business.. never returning back now.

Joanne CI had booked U-Haul at Kitchener and it got cancelled and relocated to Cambridge location. The Kitchener location was beside my home and the Cambridge one had 55km round trip from the Kitchener location. I had called and requested U-Haul to eliminate extra charges for the round trip to the shop where I booked the U-Haul initially (kitchener) and where it was relocated (Cambridge). U-Haul had given me rebate of $50 because of this, however, it was not enough considering the per km charges only will increase my bill to $59.99. Not only my request was denied, but the scheduling manager was extremely rude to me like I was some kind of bad person. I can understand the policy can be different for companies and sometimes they can't give more rebate. However, I hadn't done anything to get such a bad response and that guy not only ruined my day but my entire moving experience. I only request U-Haul to provide some communication class to that guy and also basic math class as well (he was arguing wrongly and was unable to understand basic math). I hope that next customers get proper service. Merci.

CHIGOZILAM UThe service was very unfriendly, very mean almost and a very poor attitude when handling the u-haul transaction. There was a discrepancy over mileage traveled that the office was saying they could not do anything about and just said "the system this, the system that" without trying to resolve and look into the issue, they kept pushing it off and moving past the situation. There was mileage there that I did not travel that I had to pay for, and the whole time it was denied there was a pissible mistake and it wasnt attempted to be resolved.
PETER C- How about trucks are released to customers with a full tank of gas, instead of 1/4 tank. - booked with uhaul well in advance specifically asked for 15' truck, uhaul did notify me of this and only had 20' available. - the drop off of truck in another city was poor service at a variety store. Staff made me go and take pictures of odometer and gas level and the whole process took much longer then needed, they should stick to selling potato chips. - after reading poor reviews from the initial pick up location, i needed to contact uhaul to request a location that has an early pick up available - if i was moving from one home to another and had a strict closing time i would not use uhaul, id pay a little more and use another company like Enterprise

Laura HA deposit was made for the rental but getting my money back for the overage was like pulling teeth. I spoke to about 6 different people who all told me different things. Promises were made but not kept. Two weeks later and I'm still fighting for my refund. Most frustrating experience ever!!

Tolu OTake pictures of everything; mileage and fuel, cabin, truck box. Get your own moving blankets($10/dozen) and if you do, MAKE SURE they remove the moving blankets for the truck otherwise when you return it they will make up a random number and tell you that you did not return the moving blankets... Why are there moving blankets that come with the truck when I paid for them, ANYWAYS? They tried to charge me $30 PER blanket when I had left some of my own brand new(but doused in fuel, thanks, by the way) in the truck box. Unreal. Take pictures of EVERYTHING don't get scammed.

Well lit parking for return in the evening. The truck I rented had doors that did not seal well so wind noise was very loud especially on the highway. Otherwise everything was good.

savay tI filled my tank back to where it was but it wouldn't let me upload the picture when I dropped it off so I called and left them a message saying I could send the picture if they needed it. Then they ended up charging me a 30 dollar fee and 30 dollar worth of gas but I had the proof so I had to call customer service and send the picture and was reimbursed but basically they tried to rip me off. If I didn't have the picture proof they would've got away with it.

ALBARAA SI reserved the vehicle the night before online. I specifically declined the Safe Move $16 coverage. The representative added the $16 charge to my bill and did not bring it to my attention. When I received the final invoice total I immediately contacted the rep at Franklin Auto Masters. He said the charge comes up automatically and refused to reverse the chare as it was "too late". I want the $16 fee removed from my credit card. I would like to speak to a quality control representative from Uhual regarding your online reservation platform and I would like to know why the representative at the time of pickup would add charges that I specifically declined online. thank you.
