The location is advertised as open on Saturday but was not. No-one there at all. They don't answer the phone. Uhaul doesn't answer the phone. UHAUL app is horrendous and doesn't work. Truck was not equipped with dollies and blankets as requested. Never use this location for uhaul - it doesn't work.

Location was fine. Dropped off after hours - no problems.
Forrest GWe had a rough experience. 1. Things were not ready when we arrived at the time scheduled. 2. There was a padlock on the trailer and when we got it to our location, we had to call to find out the combination. 3. When we opened the trailer, the dollies and blankets we had ordered were not on the truck. At which time we called and made another trip to the pick-up location. I feel like those issues could have been avoided with a good system in place. 4. The trailer we were supposed to carry with us was not already attached to the truck ready to be picked up. That can be done quickly enough, but it was not. The trailer was actually boxed in with other products. All together, what should have been a quick experience was way too long.
SHORES TIt was closed so drop off had no interaction. It was a remote location, so wireless service was unable to perform the pics to load to app to complete the return. I had to call the 800 number to ensure it was checked in properly.

Tim WMy experience was very good. Only small issue I thought could have helped was to list facility operating hours. Was running close to closing time and was unsure of exact closing time.

Cenije XI got to the place an hour late because I didn't have anyone to help me unload the trailer, have 2 small kids and a crippled husband now. She yelled at me and told me I should have had this back she had it rented and no excuses. She didn't let me know I was getting charged more money or nothing. She asked me where it was and I told her I parked it right next to the other trucks. She huffed and was oh I guess the guys can move it. I had to show her how to use the doors. She was very rude to me and made me feel really horrible. I would never go here for any needs what so ever!

Mark H1) put cruise control on the trucks! 2) explain that 15' includes the granny attic & isn't the floor length 3) don't use the mileage ESTIMATE to charge for mileage use the ACTUAL MILEAGE 4) get better shocks - it definitely didn't live up to the "smooth ride" or whatever it said on the outside 5) make sure you have the correct hours for your locations - Freebergs wasn't open at all on weekends
