Scheduled with John over the phone / Patty assisted with pick up, paperwork, etc. - both were wonderful and very efficient! Highly recommend this location and services!
WILLIAM TWhile I wasn't happy about the inconvenience of not getting my preferred pick up location, the staff at Freedom tire were friendly and professional. One of the best customer service experiences with a U-Haul location ever.
DANIEL SPlace is absolutely cluttered and full of cat hair. Cats rubbing up against you while doing transaction. Just rude attitude. Demanded I bring back to location I got it from not able to drop at another U-Haul center because they needed it back for there property.Made me go completely out of my way to return. Smh., U-Haul do better!
ASHLEY SI had to have a road service call because the ratchet strap was jammed on the car hauler. U Haul compensated me appropriately and I am grateful for that.

BRAIN EClerk charged me for fuel when I filled tank to where I found fuel on gauges I picked up truck with less than half a tank She said it was half a tank Did not call her to question about it She was so confrontational in picking up truck did not want to deal with her

JOSEPH SI rented a car dolly, for $40 your computer systems were down and could not get it the first 2 times I went to rent it. Also the amount of paper work involved is just rediculous I mean it took over half a hour for me to get thru it. In this modern age you need to revamp this ordeal to make it faster easier, and simpler.

JERRY KThe lady at the counter has no people skills. She did not listen or accept what was done online. She could not grasp the concept of what we were trying to do, only told us how it could not be done. Eventually, someone who knew what to do was able to help us which would have been easy if she would have just listened to us in the first place.

MORRISON PBetter customer service. Upon arrival one person was helping me and then another staff member butted in and had to start over. Plus there were living running around on the floor at this location.

MARK AI rented the large cargo trailer and had a hard time removing it from my hitch, due to the weight and no jack on the tong. I would suggest that you install trailer jacks to the cargo units.
Johnny JThe truck wasn't well maintained mechanically because the transmission downshifted pretty hard when slowing down. There was so weird noise coming from the engine compartment when starting it up to return. It's not a pleasant experience to be driving a moving truck that has issues that could get worse or leave a customer stranded in who knows where. Then again, it was my first time driving a u hual truck that big so maybe that stuff is normal, but don't seem like it because I know for a fact the stuff loaded in the truck wasn't jerking as rough as that transmission. I had everything secure and drove like a granny on the way to church.
