DEJA FI had to drive 30 minutes to pick up the truck, from the location I had reserved the pickup. I received no change email, nor did I ok the change. NOT HAPPY.

DENNIS MMy only complaint is that the trailer I wanted was not available locally and I had to drive to Havelock to pick it up. That issue is outside of Friendly Pawn's control.

BENSON PThey close on Sunday so I had to pick it up on Saturday before they're closing time, so it literally sat in my driveway all Sunday because we didn't move my son back to college till Monday, I just feel being charged for a Sunday was kinda unfair, next time I'll pick up tge day if the move and work harder but, if anyone should be charged on a Sunday they should be open and I could have picked it up Sunday evening before the close if their day. College is expensive enough and I went with U-Haul because I thought it would be cheaper my friend picked up Penske same time I did going same same college and brought truck back and was charged less than me 路♀️ and got a college student discount. I'll try Penske with the next child.

Bryon MThe cargo van was relatively clean but the seats had a large amount of small particles (debris) embedded in the seat fabric. Recommend using replaceable or washable seat covers.

Cari HWe had a good experience with Friendly Pawn. The people here were very accommodating to our needs in getting a 20' truck for our move. The only problem we had after picking up our truck was that we noticed a huge tear in the sidewall of one of the outside rear tires. We called UHaul and they arranged for a tow truck to come to our home and change out the tire. We were thankful that the repair guy was just an hour away and got to us within an hour and a half. He was very efficient and quick!
gayle yI did not choose this location. I chose a location that was about a mile from my house. I found out an hour before pickup that my rental was not available at my booked location and my reservation was transferred to this location -an additional 12 miles one way. In addition to spending an extra hour in total travel time I ended up paying for an extra 24 miles. I am a seriously displeased customer

leif cGave a two day rental time in case of bad weather. Was told that drop off location would drop price off If turned it in in one day. They didn't couldn't even pull up the sight while I was there. So I either had to wait it take them at their word . Guess I'll have to find more trust worthy company next time.

Bryan bI was extremely pleased with the customer service at Friendly Pawn. It was almost too easy. However, I made my original reservation in New Bern NC. I had to drive an extra 60 miles to pick up and return the trailer. If you tell me something, stick with it.
carl yI changed the drop off location since my original drop off location did not have a U-Haul rep present at noon for a vehicle walkthrough. Stay away from renting from or returning to Lisa Woodall in Havelock, NC. Use the Friendly Pawn location. I will never use U-Haul again!
