We picked the vehicle up with less than a quarter tank of gas. It would have been more convenient to have sufficient gas to begin the rental reservation and refuel before drop off.

George StanfillThe entire "use your app" process was a huge pain. A little in-person customer service would go a long way. I did all the registration in advance, but you required me to do it (and more) a second time. This took 30 minutes and cut into the rental time in which I needed the truck. The person who called to verify my friend was rude. You want to charge me $25 for not folding blankets (which I did), but they were thrown all over the truck when I picked it up. Try a little customer service. I will not be renting again.

Harris SayedI was disappointed in this facility. I had a reservation that I made a couple days earlier but when I arrived there was a lot of confusion on the rental. The woman I worked with did finally figure out how to make it happen but the wait time was long and the truck was a mess. Cigarette ashes, cracked windshield, missing side panels with exposed electrical. I needed the truck because we had planned a move so I took it as is but was very disappointed. I think this facility helps Uhaul out so maybe it was not their fault since they are not just a Uhaul provider but a storage provider. I was happy she was able to make it happen once all was said and done.

Could not pickup the truck, and could not drop off the truck, as expected. Spent an hour on the phone to resolve. The plus side is that tech support was knowledgeable and were able to resolve the issue. Would have rated excellent, if pickup and drop off were working as intended.

To u-haul, don't allow dolly rentals at a location that does not offer them - this made my move extremely difficult and time consuming. Had I known in advance I would've made other plans but given the time I had no other option, very disappointing.
JONATHAN SWOPEThe self service process to get the truck was not clear. It took over an hour and 5 spectate calls to customer service to locate the lockbox. The truck was filthy inside. Low on fuel. Returning the truck was also a hassle. The parking spots were tight and the customer service rep instructed me to place both dolly's inside the cabin of the truck. He said if I left the dolly's in the cargo area of the truck and they were stolen I'd be responsible for replacing them. I had to cram both dolly's inside the cabin. Very unsatisfactory service.

Jung KimUnable to pick up truck using my mobile phone. Called for help and was placed in line for a 33 minute wait. Which was 30 minutes past my scheduled pick up time. The location is a storage facility. U Hail rents truck space but provides no customer service. Fortunately one employee, Tye, took it upon herself to help UHaul customers out. If not for Tye I would not have gotten my scheduled truck today. Terrible.
DIANE ORRICOWe were supposed to pick up the uhaul at 7 AM because we wanted to beat the heat as much as possible. We ended up having to wait until the actual store opened at 10 because we were lent given a code to open the lock box where our key was to drive the uhaul. It's ridiculous that it is advertised as self service when it's really not. This is the second time we use the company and the second time we have a terrible experience. We tried calling the 1800 number and also the number that's on file for that store and nothing. It's completely ridiculous and a waste of peoples time and money.

Patrick RayYour website is garbage. Instead of simply letting me know what vehicles are available at a location, I have to go vehicle by vehicle, and find out they are someplace else. For the majority of people, the location is most important, not vehicle size. Terrible website. Terrible! Just awful. For the love of god, put an option to look at vehicles at a certain location. Nobody gives a shit that the 17 foot truck is available at a location an hour away. Location first, then options for other locations. Why do I have to tell you this? How is this not obvious? Search by location first, then expand outward. Why would I care that a certain truck is a mere hour away? If I need a larger truck, let me expand my search. Don't force me to go truck by truck, and see how far away they all are. WTF. Honestly. Why? It took me forever just to find what truck is available near me, but I got to know all the other trucks available in a hundred mile radius. Do you think that's fun for people? Do you think Uhaul trivia is a thing? Hey guys what town hat the 17 footer? Nobody give a shit. Tell us what's available near us first. Is this not obvious?
Chris MescalI showed up just after my pickup time and the app wouldn't let me check in. It took me about 10 mins and multiple tries before it checked me in. Then it took another 30 mins to get "verified". This time cut into my rental time and I was almost late with my return.

When I tried to return my truck the website went down again, and I had to leave due to prior commitments. Only rated 3 stars because of my experience on the phone with customer service.
John CivickThe young man that called me from phone # 972-436-6017 was very rude when he called me because he wanted the van back earlier & when I kept telling him I was to have it till 1pm, he instantly said it was 11:15 am , needed it at 10am. After going back and forth with him, he told me to take it up with the lady that made my reservation and I would be charged for 2 days & then hung up on me.

It shouldn't take an hour to rent a U-Haul through a mobile app. From the GPS that couldn't pin point the location to the identity verification and numerous pictures being uploaded you wasted and ruined our day. You deserve a negative 10. Also price in the end was ridiculous.

A worker at this location had to manually input my pickup, couldn't input truck condition, and couldn't input bringing back the truck. Received an email of bill but it is too small to read on my phone. Impressed with location but very disappointed with uhaul on line service. This happened 4 years ago and has not changed since.

LOUIS VULLOThe drop off area is outside the geo tagging for check in and the attendant said they wouldn't get to check for hours and to only use the mobile app that wouldn't let me check the uhaul in until I drove around the entire building finding where the geo-tagging would let me.

DOUGLAS RAMOS LABRADORI made my reservation at the location, not online. Just wanted to make sure I was getting the vehicle I needed. Check out was friendly and fast on the morning I needed it. Check back in (only needed the truck for 3 hours and under 9 miles) was also fast. Staff was friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend Frisco Self Storage when you next need for a moving truck comes up.
Karl HunsbergerThe key needed considerable jiggling in the ignition switch before the truck would start. The gas tank was not full when I got the truck but it was when I returned it. Otherwise the truck was very clean and I love the convenient location.
