The only thing I wasn't too happy with was when I told them that my rate was different when I made the reservation they told me that it couldn't be changed even if I contacted U-Haul directly. He even went as far as to say that I would end up paying more. Thankfully I messaged the U-Haul customer service through the chat function and they were able to help me right away. I was very pleased with the customer service provide through the app.

JOSEPH EWe booked a vehicle for one day at this location. As this was so close to our place, we did the opt for an insurance at the time of booking. We returned the truck safely within 24 hrs. But when we went to drop off the keys, the lady there asked us to drop the keys only and assured that she will do the rest of the dropoff procedure. But when we got receipt, they charged us $15 insurance without any information. When we did contact them, they refused to assist and hung up the call. Never gonna recommend Uhaul at this particular location. Too bad !

Heesung CTruck was nice and clean, I wish the headlights were better for night time driving tho since that was the most difficult thing. The low tire pressure light came on as I drove down the street and stayed on but I checked all the tires several times throughout the rental time and they were all fine. Good bang for your buck tho.
Manuel MHorrible they took my phone and started approving stuff I had no idea. Added insurance I never asked for. The gentleman at the counter was horrible never in my life have I been treated so horrible and then I asked for a refund and he said he was going to send me to collections because I still owed him money I was like how the math is not adding up. He said that's fine I won't charge you I am sending you to collections then I got a charge still for an extra day when he didn't have a place for me to return the truck because he had construction. So how is that my fault worst experience ever

JORGE MThe initial rental process was good, because the people doing the renting were on the premises. Upon returning the trailer, the people were not on the premises and I had to get a phone number for them from the only person there, who knew nothing of the rental processes. I felt uncomfortable just leaving the trailer per the person on the phone, as I would have preferred a visual inspection by them of their trailer at the time of return. Not a deal breaker, but it doesn't fall into the definition of customer service as I have come to understand it.

Jacob RThe owners of the store were extremely friendly and helpful and were proactive in messaging me about the availability of the truck. I would use this location again for future rentals. One thing, apparently they share the parking lot with the bar next door so try to get the truck back before 6. Otherwise you'll have a hard time finding parking in the lot.
