Once we got the truck everything went fine. They had problems with web site but, after that things were fine.

The gentleman was great! He was very polite and on the ball. He hooked me up and checked everything out before leaving the lot. Very good experience!

James MEquipment was great! Had some difficulties with the mobile pick up so we called the location. The man we spoke too at this location did help us but was very rude and continuously said that we should drop the truck back off at this location, even though it was 45 mins from our destination.

BRITTYN HThis wasn't me. Someone stole my card info and used it. I used uhaul early April to move to Georgia. I have no idea what this charge is for.

William PConvenient location, friendly staff, but the uhaul had a big box and styrofoam in it. We had to clean the uhaul a fair amount since little bits of styrofoam went everywhere. It also hadn't been aired out at all and it smelled very heavily perfumed (though that really isn't the store's fault).

douglas jThe location owner overslept and was not present at the pick up time. Did not make any attempt to show up at all. My schedule was thrown off by over an hour while I fixed the issue with customer support to turn it into an online pickup. Which miraculously, the owner had for some reason prepared for the day before bu locking the keys in the outside lockbox, almost like he purposely planned on not being there on time in the morning. Then charged my card for the rental 5 times. Will be using different company next time and will be disputing all charges.
Joe OOnline rental was a little confusing but the shop owner was able to help us for a quick rental. Great experience overall.

Karolun BGuy I talked with was very casual but reasonably proficient, so check in was ok. This location is just a lot, They don't have any supplies that I saw. It was also 15 miles from my house so a little inconvenient. I think U-Haul could adjust their inventory to get my truck closer to my location. I drove by 10-20 other U-Haul locations to get to this one.

Kara DI will in the future consider companies other than UHaul because of how far you caused me to drive out of my way to pick up the trailer. Twice now I have had to go more than 100 miles to get the trailer. You call the day before and give me a ridicules location for pick up, its too late then to call Rider, etc. I will try them in the future.
David CThe staff at this location was great. However I had requested to pick up at Beech rd location in Normal. I got a call the day before by an extremely rude woman that I had to change locations and that I was lucky I didn't have to go to Indiana or Missouri to pick it up. When I asked why the move she said he trailers that were on location she was keeping for local moves. Very rude and unprofessional.
