JAVAD MDrop off was a problem, regarding the day return was required. Customer service was deficient due to another customer arguing incessantly with the person uncharge. I finally simply left the keys. Location is cluttered and confining. Past service at this location has been acceptable.
Christopher WChecking out the vehicle was a very slow process & other distractions going on in store was taking up the more informed persons time to try and help the training gentleman with us. I wasn't clear about the fees all attached and spent way more $ than the advertised $19.& mileage advertisement

Larry PU Haul changed my pickuo location last minute. New location was 30 minutes of driving time from my work site. I had to incur the extra fuel and mileage cost. Not good . . .

alen NIf you make a deal with the customer on how much you're going to charge you guys should keep that deal and not charge $50 more . Why couldn't I leave the Haul truck somewhere else. They said it would be cheaper if I brought back but that was a lie it was more expensive at the end. I'm extremely disappointed.

Andrew AThe truck I reserved was there but because it was a weekend the U-Haul customer service people couldn't get me the vehicle keys from the lock box. This forced me to use a bigger different truck that was too big and cost way too much gas. That irritated me. I blame U-Haul and not the owner. He is courteous and nice.
