Casey does not need improvement ...he always goes above and beyond in his service. No one is just a number to him they are always treated with the utmost respect . In my case I was helping a retired veteran that was being bullied and Casey helped with his prompt service to get me the U-Haul I needed to do so. Thank you once again Casey you are awesome.

Anthony B.I was extremely disappointed that my pick-up location was changed and I had to drive 25 minutes out of the way to get the uhaul. Also I had to pay the additional mileage due to the pickup and dropoff location being changed. The location site person said he would reduce my mileage rate due to the change in location being so far from my location but when he completed the transaction did not discount the mileage rate or anything for the inconvenience and change that was not my fault. Not happy with this experience and lack of customer service.
