AMBER CThe gentleman I dropped it off to was absolutely amazingly helpful and nice. I had called into the place that I picked it up at to say that I was going to be a little late dropping it off, but I was trying to avoid getting charged another day and they stated that they would make a note of it or let someone know so I wouldn't and said that I have 2 hours added onto my time, so no biggie. Well, When I went to go drop it off, it had charged me the second day already, because there was no notes in it, or added time and I started doing the drop off process on the app and as I said this to him, he instantly made sure that I would get a credit back and not get charged the second day. Printed everything out for me to show me what numbers meant what in my account as well as informing me that it would all come electronically as well in an email. Definitely giving this place a 5 star rating for sure!

ROBERT BReally happy with the overall experience because we needed to move some family furniture etc from out of state. With a 9 hour drive, it made sense to use our truck with a trailer hitch and split the driving and eliminate hotel costs. Did it in 1 trip and at our age, not easy but using UHaul made it possible!!
