I called the day we picked up the truck because the air conditioning was going in and out. They put in a maintenance request and I said I would proceed since the truck was partially loaded. When I left on my 330-mile trip the A/C went out 30 miles into the trip and didn't come back on until Monday when I turned the truck in. So I had no A/c Saturday, Sunday, and most of Monday. Also, I didn't get the pack of moving blankets I ordered and I do not believe I have received a refund for the $10.
Corey F.I wish there has been communication that the blankets and dolly that I reserved were not available so that I could have made arrangements for other equipment to help with the move. It was difficult to move the furniture without the dolly.

RILEY W.System wide: The assumption that everyone uses a smartphone is a problem. I don't do business by smartphone, QR codes or any other digital tracking system. So the texts you sent never got to me. I stand with millions of other freedom loving patriots who do not want their every transaction tracked by Big Brother, like this one will be.

And, I want this review to include the Grapevine TX store at 3501 William D Tate (between 360 and 121 N) who amazingly helped us with a smile and much patience. Without going into the issue and explaining for a page and a half, there were items that needed to be returned and we did not want to go all the way to Gainesville to do it. Vincent and his team at the Grapevine store were amazing. They outdid themselves in courtesy, service and performance. I am so impressed that we will be back if we need another rental.
JOHN V.The ladies at this location were very nice and helpful. I reserved a truck, appliance dolly, and utility dolly; however the only appliance dolly they had was given to the customer who walked in just before me. Thankfully, there was still one inside the truck I rented left by the previous renter. Since the truck had not been inspected beforehand, there were also a lot of moving blankets inside, which the ladies willingly removed when I asked. The location was easy, and they were nice. Improvements are needed to make it a smoother transaction.

MARK G.I placed a rental reservation for a pickup. Which was advertised as guaranteed ($50). Got there and I they did not have one for me. It wasted my time & money. I still have not been reimbursed. Don't lie on the guarantee. It may improve to keep your word.

ANTONIO G.I work with Merit Advisors and we rented a 10x20 unit. Upon measuring for shelving, we realized it was 7,5x20. I called and TJ said that it is false advertisement and the owners lie and tell people it is a 10x20 when it is really not. I asked for a discount, but she said that they would have to discount 79 other customers for the same thing, so the answer is no. This is definitely bad business! I will never professionally or personally rent from this facility ever again and will tell my coworkers/friends/family to do the same. I just cannot believe that this is the policy. It is dishonest and horrible. I will be looking for my refund.
