Francois Bupon closing of contract I was to receive a 50 credit due to mistakes on booking and reservation problems . I did not receive thius credit and was told to ask for it again . OriginALLY ME RESERVATION WAS AT mEROVALE RD ... MOVED TO Hull Quebec ?? then moved to Kanata?? can someone please contact me regarding this issue t.y.

Luc GInterior was nice and clean but the exterior was caked with mud. Not a big deal. I will definitely rent from them again.

Lotfi ZThe woman that works behind the counter forces you to pick up the vehicle at times other than the one booked. She is more concerned with her personal schedule not be affected than the customer experience. She stated to me on the phone and then to another woman on the phone while I waited to pick up my vehicle that even though we booked a certain time online, we needed to come at a time convenient for her. Either change your process to having to call to find out what time is convenient for this person behind the desk to pick up the vehicle or hold her accountable to the expectations of the customers booking online. I'm assuming this is not supposed to be the process at U-Haul locations.

salvador cThe UHaul website will not upload photos for online check-ins, or for when you drop off the truck and try to send proof the truck has been returned in good order. This has nothing to do with Gallagher's garage. They are great! It is a problem with the U-Haul website.

graeme DEverything was very slow, uhaul app check-in doesn't matter so just waste of time, need to walk in and out many times and with only 1 customer except me the full process took 20 min. I want to put all info in the app including payment and just come in and take my trailer, not provide the same info again, not walking in and out several times before trailer hook up and after trailer hook up. No tap on counter so can not use my phone for payment.

Naukhaiz MI rent from this outlet at least six times a year for the last eight years. The service they provide is top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had any mechanical difficulties even with a trailer to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and back. They also have a big fleet of trucks and trailers, so when I need a trailer, for example, on short notice, it was with great relief to hear they could provide. Most outlets with small numbers of trucks and trailers are all rented out and you would be out of luck, if you didn't place your reservation weeks in advance. I do reserve weeks in advance and you should too, but sometimes you can't. The owner grows tomatoes and even gave me a bag of ripe tomatoes last year. Great people. I enjoy giving them my business.

Kent BFor privacy reasons I don't like having to leave two contacts. Where is my information stored? Is it in Canada? How secure is it? How can I review and remove this information. I have been a multi rental customer and this was the first time I was asked for this information. The local dealer had no knowledge of the privacy/storage but said the info was necessary. for UHaul. I want more details on how I can control my personal information. I will not recommend UHaul because of this concern and I am very reluctant to rent again. Why is ALL this data required; especially for existing customers. Bad on Uhaul.

brian lTruck iwas a bit 'jerky' , but my helper said it's normal on pavenent that has bumps. Impressed with the quality of the truck..especially the tires!. My walk about showed they were in excellent shape and tread depth.

John mI arrived at 0800 hrs as per my confirmed reservation. No one was at the location. I called a phone number that was on the locked gate and the individual said they don't open until 0900 hrs. I explained and so they arrived 0830 hrs. So I waited 30 minutes. Then in person I was told I should have checked their hours. That's horrible customer service. If I can book a reservation online and it was confirmed - I'd expect it's within store hours?! Then on return, I swept and cleaned truck, put gas into the truck back to where it was when I departed, and dropped the keys as per instructions. Next day I get final receipt and was charged $30 extra for fuel. I called the location and the same employee asked if I left my gas receipt? I was never told to, and why should it matter if it's refilled to same level. She said it was a hair line off so they have to charge $30. Again - horrible customer service. I explained I can bring in my bank statement as it's ridiculous that I paid to refuel truck, and from what she says if it being a hairline off, that I pay another $30. Totally absurd and in my mind a complete scam. She then said she cannot refund me and I have to call customer service. As I was explaining to her how bad the customer service had been, after them not being there for my pick up time and then charging me more money after I spent money already to refuel, she hung up on me. I rented the truck to move. I had people waiting to help me. U-Haul was closed and came very late to give truck. Employee had horrible attitude and also charged me for gas even after refueling, then said she couldn't refund. I STRONGLY advise for everyone to NEVER EVER rent anything from U-Haul - but specifically this location: 15 Campbell Reid Crt Kanata, ON K2K1X7 (March & Dunrobin Rd). (613) 599-8557
Daniel GI was doing a Saturday morning pick-up. The sign on the front door of the garage showed "closed" on Saturdays. I almost went away disappointed, until I realized that the U-haul office was hidden away at the back. An additional sign at the front directing customers to the back would help first time customers at this location. Otherwise, things went well.

Miles PI have never before had to clean out a trailer before use before - why the hell did I have to clean up someone else’s rubbish - load of old woodchip I had to clean so as not to contaminate my sand load - if it wasn’t the only one available in the area I would have rejected it - dealer either has to do their job properly or get the previous renter to accept their responsibility
