The process of renting a truck from this location was easeful and smooth. The woman I worked with here was very helpful and kind to interact with. I will definitely return to this location for future needs and be recommending them to anyone looking for this service!

fred lWell I was screwed. My estimated total was 62,64 .I drove 12 miles and got charged for 3 gallons of gas. I was charged a cleaning fee that I was not informed of. The truck was clean. I literally moved boxes from one storage unit to the other. I wasn't informed of the cleaning fee when renting the truck. My refund was 14$ out of $100. Should have been charge no cleaning fee, $40 for truck , $4 and change for gas, and $12 for mileage. Total should have been $56. They basically fucked me. They charged $10 for cleaning, 12 $ for miles, $40 for truck, $14 for 12 miles of gas mileage. Plus taxes Bullshit. My refund was $14.. I do plan to call uhaul and complain as well. The truck was clean. I was the only person in the cab for 12 miles of driving. Not to mention they did not inform me of any cleaning fees. Or that a uhaul truck only gets 12 miles per 3 gallon of gas. A humv gets about 8 to 10 miles to a gallon. A semi get 7 to a gallon. Come on. Please do contact me you have my information with my rental number.

Sherli BThe only thing that bothered me is the lady calling me telling me to make sure I have back by the scheduled time the next day because someone else had it reserved. As many times that I've rented from Uhaul, no one has ever done this. I thought that's what the extend time option was for because things happen. I was already stressed about my move and here was someone adding additional stress about returning in time. Lady, leave me tf alone.

Billy DWe put less than 15 miles on this truck and when we topped off the fuel tank for our drop off it took 6 gallons to fill it back up, that math doesn't add up, would have given 5 stars if the guy before us actually filled it up. Unless the truck only gets 2 miles a gallon, I suppose

The entire transaction of rental took place with me in Houston, TX and I called to report I would not be be using the storage unit. The lady who handled my inquiry/application on the phone was super professional and pleasant.

You pay by the first and keep your unit clean...basic. So no worrying while yiou have to finish contracts and move. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with. I will choose them again if I need to store.
