They were closed and I checked in on the app. I called when they were open and she said I put the trailer in the wrong place and would charge me an extra $20. So, I went back and moved it to where she wanted and was not exactly in the right place and she smirked about it. Very unprofessional.
KENNETH GThere was no personnel at drop off as the business was closed. Which is fine. It was a Sunday afternoon and to be expected. The app did a good job at walking us through the drop off procedure. Merci!

Bill HHalf of the lights on the rear of the trailer were inoperative. I arrived at 1:30 pm for a 2pm pickup and you would think I was some kind of terrible person. I had the trailer back before midnight the following day and was still charged for 2 days. The location was difficult to get into and out of. I never recieved a call with the confirmation or a voicemail to call back. There were very few lights in the parking area. Good stuff I was able to do a circle in the back lot which helped to drop off the trailer. The trailer did not breakdown. It was easy to pull.

DANIEL SGreat place. Friendly staff. I reserved online which was easy. Went to pick up the covered trailer and that was quick and easy as well. Local team my boxes, tape, and hitch all laid out ready for me. Would for sure recommend using them!!!

SCOTT MEverybody was very helpful and friendly. Rented in Saturday and return on Sunday. They are closed on Sunday and I didn't have a way to get the trailer unhooked because the u-haul as a company doesn't attach a trailer jack to the trailer. I believe it's so you don't swap out vehicles. That said I had to get creative to unhitch. That made drop off a little difficult. I workout and have the ability to lift heavy things so after several attempts and using an angle on the driveway for leverage I got it free. I believe most would have had to wait until they opened again to get help. Knowing that I would still rent from them again because I support local business. I will just plan better for the return part so that doesn't happen again.

George FI can't say that the problems I had with this rental experience are the fault of the local business. Probably not. But I rented a 12 foot cargo (box) trailer. When I backed up to connect, there was a stand that was at a fixed height, and inserted into the hitch receptacle on the trailer. That means I had to lift the trailer, which is quite heavy, and remove it from the stand. Then back up my vehicle, and guess where I need to stop. Then lift the trailer, move sideways, and set on the ball hitch. Normally, I would back under the hitch, and use a jack to lower the trailer receptacle onto the ball. I have commented before about the fact that I have rented from U-Haul at least twenty times in the same number of years. But in the last couple, I get a call center, that requires a lot of information. Then I get text messages, and in this case, ten emails relating to this $35 transaction. I used to own a trailer, but sold it so I didn't have to keep in on my lawn when I only used it once or twice a year. Uhaul is getting to be more trouble than that. I'm now considering buying a trailer again.
KEITH SI have rented MANY trucks and trailers this year alone. This location was the slowest at getting me out the door. For a company that does digital networking systems to have very poor internet is laughable. The people were nice, but it took me 45 minutes to rent a trailer while other locations I'm out the door in 5. My rental went from 24 hours to 23 hrs and 15 min. I barely made it back in time. I will find a different place for my next rental.
JONATHAN YI received a text changing my pick up location the day before pick up. When I arrived at the location, they said they did not have a trailer for me. I asked them to help me by calling the other location to see if they had a trailer. They didn't want to help me with the issue. The location where I picked up the trailer was excellent and the service was great.

Justin EI have no complaints about the pickup location. I do have a complaint about the reservation system. I called the local number for the location where I wanted to pick up the trailer. Of course, everyone is busy, so I'm transferred to a call center. Even though I've rented about a dozen times, they still had to get all my information again. Then, when I said I only needed the trailer for the day, and would pick up at 9 am, the person on the line gave me a 3pm return time. When I said that was too short, she said she would give me the daily rate, so I could return the following day at the same time, for the same price. Why even go through that step? Then they don't have any trailers at the location I want, at the time I want. It took a few minutes to get that figured out. Why not cover that first? Too remote, too complicated, and too disorganized, in my opinion. And of course, then the text message wanting me to verify everything before I leave the lot, even though they've just taken pictures of everything. I have to stop, allow location on my device etc. etc. It reminds me of a Mitch Hedberg routine. He buys a donut, they ask him if he wants a receipt. He says "I can't imagine a situation where I would need a receipt for a donut. I give you the money, you give me the donut. End of transaction."

William CThe location staff tried everything they can to get me UHAUL. The UHAUL was not ready for the Reserved time and I have wait for 1,5 hours to get an alternate UHAUL and that also came with restrictions of returning it before the time I requested . I requested UHAUL for 24 hours but the alternate UHAUL given to me was given for 16 hours or so . Not so good experience but we did not have any other option as it was last minute change byUHAUL.

Jeff WI dealt with an inexperienced rental person, she struggled to compete the documentation & it took a LONG time to finish the transaction. Additionally the trailer wasn't connected properly (not fastened to the ball hitch), consequently the trailer bounced off of the ball hitch. Luckily my vehicle was not damaged Note - I reported this incident to Galvan's & they handled it exceptionally well. A U-haul rep (Cory Platt) called me within minutes, was super apologetic, instructed me to have the under carriage of my vehicle checked (since the trailer tongue hit the under carriage) AND credited all the rental charges back to my credit card.

Jack dWe had to go to this location because the one we had a truck reserved at cancelled and said they couldn't get the truck we reserved. We ended up getting a truck that was not big enough. But we had to make do with what we could get. Very disappointed in the Bentonville and rogers facility. Would not recommend to anyone.

Jerry HWhen I returned the truck, they tried to claim the truck was 15/16s full upon pickup and it was not so they charged me for 27 gallons of gas I didn't use. So now I have to work my dispute to get this resolved. My experience with U-haul has not been a good one at all.
