I tried to close my rental using the application. All went fine but never finished. Probably because of the cell wifi not stable but unsure. The owner of the location happened to pass by and notice me. He told to just leave the key in the after hours box and that he will close the location the next day. I'm hoping to receive a notice that all is fine. For sure I'm very satisfied of the overall service and quality of the truck. Merci!

mohammad rNote : this comment applies to Uhaul services and not to this location. I had to drive 40 km to get the trailer I had reserved in Montreal and I was informed the evening before which seriously affected my plans. When trying to return the trailer, it was impossible to complete the transaction through the app and website. I called Uhaul and waited over 30 minutes on hold without ever being able to reach anyone. Ended up leaving the trailer there and was billed for an extra day even though it was returned on time. Absolutely unacceptable service!!!!!! You just lost a client for good. Good luck!

MICHEL LThe only issue I had which impacted my experience was the width of the ramp was different from the width of the trailer which I don't remember being mentioned in your description. I rented the trailer so I can pick up my brand new side by side which was about 59 inches wide. The ramp was only inches wide so I had to get the dealer to remove 6 fender flares to get it loaded and have my mechanic reinstall the flares again.
Elaine SI'm giving an excellent note to the very generous and helpful man who helped us in Ste-Martine. He was very nice and went out of his way to accommodate us despite being a subcontractor to the worst rental company ever. I reserved my truck for saturday morning at the Cremazie location in Montreal and the evening before the rental (Friday night), a lady called me to tell me that there were no trucks for the next morning. The next one would probably be available at 5 p.m., and it's not even sure. The closest truck available was at Ste-Martine, 50 minutes from Montreal. This is totally unacceptable. I had to leave my Christmas office party to go get the truck so we could have it for the next morning. We had a schedule to respect, because of people depending and waiting upon us. The truck wasn't to bad at first, but our travel took us to a place where it had a little bit of snow, and the fact that, not only there was no winter tires on the truck (I've been informed that seems to be the way with your company), but the tires where finished, no more grips on them at all. I was unable to even get to my place, and it took me 5 tries to get up a hill. It was extremely dangerous for my safety. And then, even though I was supposed to bring the truck back to Sainte-Agathe-de-Monts, as I booked from the start on your site, the same lady called me back to tell me that this location couldn't take my truck because they were full. After simply rejected this stupid reason, I went to this location anyway, just to find out that it was like an empty mall parking with lots and lots of space. It was just a stupid reason on your part to bring the truck back closer to Montreal. With faulty tires, I would have put myself in even more dangerous situations. I will never do business with U-Haul ever again, and my story will be shared with everyone I know. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Pierre TJe reçu la facture pour les extra mile ( 13 miles ) , mais comme j'ai discuté avec l'agent du service à la clientèle, et m'ont dit qu'ils vont me donner des kilomètres supplémentaires ( pas fait), parce- que je suis allé récupérer le camion à Saint-Martine et non à Montréal, ce qui m'a fait parcourir de 45 kilomètres supplémentaires, environ ! Bref, je suis retourné de Saint- Martine à Montréal ( Rosemont) et après à Victoriaville et a la fin ils mon facturé les 13 miles extras. Rigoberto ROMERO.

Aurel TI scheduled a pick up at 8 AM this past Monday and was their at 8:00 on the website it showed opens at 8:00, only to find out it only opened at 9:00 had to wait a hour I drove 45 minutes away to get their Fix the opening hours for that pick up /drop off Saint-Martine Quebec I think I should be refunded or at the least a rebate for r something
Kevin DApp had some issues, where it was saying the app is temporary not working. The garage was like we expect for a garage. It was not a u haul facility

raymond bThe equipment booking experience was a disaster. I was switched location twice the day before my pickup after reserving two months in advance. I spent hours and hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation. I ended up having to spend much more on an additional day and additonal kilometers (over 100$ more), just because my original booking was not respected by UHaul. I'll lokk elsewhere next time. But the retailer Garage Michel Dunn was absolutely fantastic helping me out.

maxime jVery bad experience!!! I made a reservation on the website directly for a 5x9 closed trailer. The reservation was made for a 5x8 trailer. I also reserved it for 8am. Received the confirmation by email. The morning, I was a the right address at the right time to pick the trailer up...the garage was closed. Needed to call the guy and wait 1h , plus no 5x9 or 5x8 trailer ...only 4x8... Had to 2 to run because of the missing space. That was a terrible experience and want a refund for this. Rented Uhaul before and it never was like that!
