Lonnie WThe truck was on its last leg. It barely started and stalled out more than once. The location is fine, the customer service fine. The truck should have not been available for rental. It was a danger to drive and will break down on the next person.

John Aterrible if i would've know that the online check in would take 30 minutes because they can't verify my id then I would've used someone else. there was a reason I got a truck and I needed to be there a specific time, and because you guys can't fix your system I was late. THEN to check out it took another 20 minutes because the system is terrible

MyKea DThis location was great! Especially for all the nearby locations that boast terrible service and you can't even get through on the phone. Will definitely be coming back here. Nothing to do with this location, but the website added the deductible insurance even though I declined it, so just make sure to check your itemized invoice.
