Dave NUntil such time as the equipment rental costs are lowered in the north of the nation as compared to the southern U.S. region, most logical consumers will avoid U-Haul.

Darren SYou charged me $15 for cleaning and I never made the trailer dirty. I kept it as I received it. Please give me the $15 back. You do not even call me to double check. I just moved my books and computers on the trailer and my stuff was supper clean. I noticed that the trailer was with bad smell before I used it, so why you charge me???

Dennis LDeliver what is promised. Made reservation 8 days prior to pick up. Was texted morning prior no trailer available! Was moving out of state. Had to drive 2,5 hours one way to obtain this unit. BS. !!!

Patricia WThere was no one there at first. Someone finally came and called the owner who let us leave the key with the person there. There was no paperwork to prove we dropped it off although I did receive an email with it the next day. No ability to ask if I could be reimbursed for the wiper blade that I had to replace due to it being torn from the weather.

Crystal FThe reason I would not recommend this location is that I live in Jamestown ND 60 miles away. We have 2 Uhaul locations here in Jamestown and I put my order in a month ago. When Uhaul called me the lady said this was the closest location I could get the trailer size I wanted. I had to take 2 hours off of work and drive 60 miles to get this trailer. This is stupid. Before I use uhaul again I will find a local rental store or buy my own trailer and Uhaul will be my last resort. I will be placing this on my social media accounts and will recommend not to use your service only as the last resort.
Todd LWhen a trailer is reserved for a particular location it is frustrating to get 24 notice that you have to travel round trip 137 miles for pick up.
Jeanine JWe were supposed to be able to pick it up in Ellendale, ND but it got switched at the last minute. No one bothered to contact me. I had to call around and figure out what was going on.
