LAWRENCE R.Service was great. When I dropped off the uhaul the location commented that the hook up was "perfect". Thank you to the staff for making sure everything was safe. The location of the drop off was farther than expected, there was a location within 1 mile of the address, but it did not come up on the map when we did the contract.

I picked up my stuff in the middle of August. Finally reimbursed for two months of reoccurring charges in Oct to be charged again in November (that one did not go through due to maxed visa) to Dec. dealing with a false reservation that I had to call and cancel. Let's hope Carlie, the last customer service agent, was successful in stopping the problem. She was pleasant and cancelled the reservation. But, I also need the initial issue resolved.

monte W.The trailer was dropped off before it was suppose to be returned. It was returned at 11am the day it was due and it was suppose to be dropped off by 7pm. Two days later, I receive my receipt and I was charged for two extra days, even though the trailer was brought back BEFORE it was suppose to be. Before receiving my receipt, I was contacted multiple times asking where the trailer was, and I explained each time that it was already dropped of at the given location. U-Haul has very poor communication between their staff and it has costed us money. Will NEVER rent from U-Haul again and will not recommend to anyone.

brian C.Have more truck around the state to make it easier to get. We drove round trip of 240 miles. And cost me 80 dallors just in gas for the u haul to get to Pierre with out the cost of gas and time driving to Aberdeen to get the u haul.

LISA K.A Mr. Weaver checked us in and out. He was polite, we had no problem with him. The problem was with none other than the owner of Gellings Auto Service-- Dennis Gellings. Some 30 minutes after leaving there, he called me, more or less accusing me of damaging the UHaul. Saying he was rude is putting it mildly. When I tried to tell him we hadn't had any mishaps with the vehicle, he just kept right on talking over me. Finally the call ended. I took a few minutes to cool down, then called back, getting Mr. Weaver. LO and behold, he told me Dennis Gellings was calling others; (UHaul dealers, renters?) looking into the matter. SO, what that indicates is Dennis Gellings wasn't sure enough of my guilt to be as accusatory as he was, else why was he questioning others? Here's some friendly advice for Dennis Gellings: LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, or else retire and let Mr. Weaver run your business. We didn't damage the UHaul, but rest assured your business' reputation has been damaged. A happy customer on average tells three people about his experience. An unhappy one? 20!
