Unfortunately my belongings got wet. I know there is a risk of this, but what was upsetting was having to jump through hoops just to get in touch with anyone about a claim. Spoke with 3 people at uhaul that were not friendly and kept giving me a number that would disconnect. Not impressed and not worth the headache. I am now in touch with the right person from insurance company, and she is kind and helpful.

I had called ahead of time and was advised where to drop my truck and keys after hours over the weekend. I did not encounter any issues when I dropped my truck and took pictures of the vehicle before I left and simply put the keys in the drop box. I forgot to bring a copy of the contract with me from the hotel room but figured the contacting agent would find things in order in their computer in the morning. It closed out accordingly on Monday morning just fine. Merci.

Rick uRude. Act like you was not there. Place was had junk all over it. I was due $50 for not getting my truck day before. He said i was not entitled. I called Rapid City and they took the time to make sure i got my refund. I will say the young guy was friendly and worked hard. While the owner was rude and did little.
Shanandoah GWith great rates and flexible availability, I highly recommend this U-Haul provider. It was inexpensive and easy to get what I needed for moving day.
Kristen BI was told to scan a code for after hours drop off as it was a weekend. There was no code to scan and after making several calls to uhaul I was told I'd get charged $20 if I don't follow their protocol. Uhaul told me the day and location for returning it. It was a complete fiasco from picking up the uhaul to returning it. Sadly I would never recommend uhaul to anyone.

LAWRENCE RService was great. When I dropped off the uhaul the location commented that the hook up was "perfect". Thank you to the staff for making sure everything was safe. The location of the drop off was farther than expected, there was a location within 1 mile of the address, but it did not come up on the map when we did the contract.

Jason B | Expérience généraleFour and a half months later, I am fielding reoccurring auto pay charges and false reservations made to my account and visa. I picked up my stuff in the middle of August. Finally reimbursed for two months of reoccurring charges in Oct to be charged again in November (that one did not go through due to maxed visa) to Dec. dealing with a false reservation that I had to call and cancel. Let's hope Carlie, the last customer service agent, was successful in stopping the problem. She was pleasant and cancelled the reservation. But, I also need the initial issue resolved.

monte wThe trailer was dropped off before it was suppose to be returned. It was returned at 11am the day it was due and it was suppose to be dropped off by 7pm. Two days later, I receive my receipt and I was charged for two extra days, even though the trailer was brought back BEFORE it was suppose to be. Before receiving my receipt, I was contacted multiple times asking where the trailer was, and I explained each time that it was already dropped of at the given location. U-Haul has very poor communication between their staff and it has costed us money. Will NEVER rent from U-Haul again and will not recommend to anyone.
