Umm have a human being present upon arrival. Upon scheduling to rent a van, an email was sent stating the last time to check in was 5:30 and to go to the "desk" to check in and gather any materials including keys, Dollie's, etc. whoever Adam is at the Plainview location was no where to be found. If a man from the general contracting building didn't stay with me to help and call this Adams guy, I'd be in the freezing cold with no direction, no number to call, no direction to use the damn thing.

Albert MBe clear about the price per mile. Different weekday vs weekend. Otherwise, the owner was a delight to work with. Very accommodating, friendly. The vehicle was so new it only had 638 miles on it. Easy access via a lock box. Will def use this company again.

WILLIAM HProcess stinks. I didn't know upon arrival the instructions to get my key. It wasted 10 minutes. Difficult call with customer service. I also feel rate per mile went up high and had to pay way more than previously
Davi TAdam was very wonderful and helpful. I loved the ease of being able to do everything over the phone because our pick-up time was late and Adam was wonderful. However, I do miss a human interaction. I didn't have that at drop off either. I think having someone there to support, guide and share a conversation with would have been nice. Also my receipt was sent much later than expected. Still a wonderful easy experience.
