Completely different attitudes for this location that the pickup location. Accommodating and polite. Almost as if they appreciated us giving them money to use their stuff. Funny how that works.

David LI have used UHaul many times over the past few years. This was by far my best experience, and that had everything to do with the location I rented from. The owner of this location displayed a level of professionalism and kindness that should set the standard for all others. I will definitely be going back to this same location next time!
Andrea RThese folks were courteous, knowledgeable, had the equipment I needed and were very professional. They have an efficient process and seemed to know just how to make the experience customer oriented. That's not something you expect in today's world. Good people that seem to understand the importance of repeat business and word of mouth reference.

shannon lA Uhaul rep called me the day prior to inform me that the pickup location did not have the truck and trailer I requested and set me up with a new location. The new location didn't open until 10am, which put my day behind, as I already had loaders scheduled earlier. I called the new location to confirm pickup, only to be told they weren't sure if they had the truck and trailer and would need to check. When I arrived the next morning, the location opened a few minutes late and I was told the truck wasn't ready, as it hadn't been cleaned yet. The trailer was also not ready, as it was parked in a difficult location that I would I have to help get. The cab of the truck didn't get cleaned at all because I needed to get going. The original location I picked on Miller rd would have had the truck and trailer hooked up, clean, and ready to go prior to my pickup time. All of these delays ended up costing me money with professional loaders from Two Men and a Truck waiting with nothing to load.

Cathy MExhaust was very loud. The mobile experience was horrible, the service was interrupted numerous times. Taking pictures to download to a server was extremely difficult. I would not recommend this mobile service. I called the local Uhaul dealer and no one ever answered.

Omar HTo be honest I don't have anything to recommend for improvements. Norah was awesome. I've had bad experiences with Uhaul plenty of other times and I've heard all these stories from other people about how bad their experience was but this must was not the case. She was very thorough respectful and helpful. If I ever need to rent anything I will most definitely returning to her location and if I know anybody looking for a good place to rent a U-Haul I will definitely send them there. Is a great asset to your company and I hope her pay reflects how Good she is at her job. Truly a pleasant experience. Just know that I very rarely give reviews if that says anything.

James MU-Haul's on line system is not an easy use and the amount of hoops a customer has to jump through seems overkill. If National rental cars can do a easy pick up why can't U-Haul.
