To expensive and charged extra mileage I didn’t use

AARON SWhen I arrived at the pickup location at 9:30 to pick up the vehicle, the office was closed. I had to call and the office person said that they didn't have a 9am appointment. I told him that he did and that I was waiting. When he arrived (about 20 minutes later), I attempted to show him the text message that I had a pickup time of 9am and he acted like he didn't want to look at the text. When I returned the vehicle, the office was closed AGAIN, even though the office the hours said 9am-7pm. I will DO NOT recommend this location for U-haul services!

RONALD BI was charges for 100 miles when I only drove 55 They said they would adjust once truck was returned but that’s plain stealing
LETICIA LI rented equipment from this location twice, and no one was working there when I arrived on either occasion. The first time, they charged me for an extra day, even though I returned the equipment on time and called to confirm it was okay to leave it by myself. Both times, I had to handle everything on my own-checking the equipment, attaching it, and taking photos of the attachments from three different angles. When I returned the equipment the second time, an employee finally showed up and instructed me to release it in a specific spot. However, the rental space was too small for me to maneuver my car with the cargo trailer, especially with other customers around. I didn't want to risk hitting any other equipment. I attempted to comply by doing a U-turn, but I saw another customer behind me, making it even more difficult to move toward the designated spot. When I explained the situation, the employee insisted, saying, 'I don't get paid enough,' and walked back to the store, leaving me to handle it alone. While I appreciate the good service and staff at other U-Haul locations and will continue using U-Haul overall, I won't be returning to this location.

ARTHUR VNot a good experience with Uhaul services. I had a reservation in Yucapia CA to pick up Uhaul at 8:35am. When arriving the business owner said her did not have my truck! Informed I had a reservation for his location and I needed a 26ft truck. He did assist in finding another truck in Fontana which is 25mi out of myway. The reservation said my truck was ready for pick at 8:45am. When getting to new location they did not open till 10:30am. This was 2hrs of wasting my time and my movers. So unsatisfied with the service!!

Steven KSadly nobody was there when I came to pick up the truck, then your system was down. So I lost almost 2 hours of rental, and wasn't able to get my storage unit emptied in time, which cost me an extra $65. This made for a stressful situation. No bueno.

Lakhvinder SPlace is not easy find and could not find the office. The truck was parked what looks like a big rig parking in the back. The key was not easy to retrieve because the code they provided was not working so we called the office number and they never picked up. Luckily after many attempts we were able to open it. I don't recommend this office to anyone
