The drop off location was superior in customer service compared to the pick up location. And I ended up peeing money on the rental due to mileage calculation needs at reservation time. Also not being told about a deposit of $100 after almost being charged for it. The communication is not clear throughout the transaction

The ladies in Giddings were very nice. However: the customer service over the phone when my rental was verified was awful. Adding 60 miles to my rental because I had to drive an hour out of town to pick it up is not proper compensation for the inconvenience when I booked a week in advance. That does not cover the extra gas in the truck or my car. I expected way better service and understanding. I'm highly disappointed.

I have no problem with this location but U-Haul needs to supply more supplies to their locations, especially dollys since there are also folks who rent them without renting tructs/trailers, etc.

The no for maintenance...both doors, the rubber seal around the door is coming off.

I was welcomed to the store. The staff were helpful with questions and made sure my order was correct. When I dropped the unit back to the location I forgot a strap in the trailer. I called early Tuesday and the very nice lady secured it for me to have someone come pick it up. Excellent service à la clientèle.

All went well. This not the first time i use Uhaul or the app. I do have to say the app is sometimes not very user friendly. This time no matter what I did I could not upload my images. I really like to use the app because it is a very convenient way of doing things. Jusy sometimes it does not work properly and something that should be very easy and quick ends up bring a very long and hard task. Overall all good.

When making a reservation online and wanting the larger enclosed trailer, it was very upsetting that the day or two before needing the trailer I was contacted by the Austin office and had to downsize. I understand y'all double book constantly online. That is unprofessional. This has nothing to do with the local office.
