REINARD KI’d like to commend and thank Travis for making my U-Haul experience so seamless and stress-free, despite the issues and setbacks I encountered while moving my belongings. He had absolutely no problem extending my rental for another day and was incredibly accommodating throughout the process. This location has so many U-Haul trucks, yet Travis runs the entire operation as a one-man show and he does an outstanding job. He’s truly a Superman when it comes to customer service and getting things done. It’s no wonder this location has such positive reviews. I would definitely come back and rent from Travis again. Great job, Travis, and thank you for making a stressful move so much easier!

Zach DMy reservation got cancelled because I was a couple hours late, but the trailer I reserved hadn't been returned yet. The manager gave me a larger trailer for no extra charge, quickly processed the transaction and got it all hooked up. The return was also fast and easy.
