If I return it with more gas than it had and didn't go over the miles apparently you just keep the free gas???? I'm not happy nor will I be using U-Guys ever again. I was respectful and you screwed me. Keep the gas. Word of mouth is worth much more. Thieves

Bill DavidThe only problem was that I received an email from U-Haul that pickup location was at Lowe's market and I spent over 2 hours there for them to try to find my order. Their inventory wasn't correct and didn't have the trailer I had ordered. I looked on my U-Haul app and it showed glen's auto repair was pick up location. I suggested calling Glen's auto repair so I did and he told me it was pulled out and waiting to be picked up. I wasted a lot of time because of original email.

Jeffrey LeggLocation was closed on Saturday but I spoke with them and Friday and they advised me where to leave the trailer and gave me instructions on QR code check-in. My son handled the QR check-in while I got the trailer unhooked. Very easy process and the trailer pulled very well with the Jeep onboard. Thanks

robert huntSuggestion: I rented a car hauler and traveled across the Southwest US. It would be a great comfort to have a spare tire in remote areas. I know you have roadside assistance, but that could be useless in a remote desert in 110 degree temps.
